I think he has seen or felt Nandu fawning over Dhruv's goodness which he at that point thought should have been for him. I guess that is why he struggled holding on to his bad boy mask infront of her. That made him feel envious of Dhruv for the first time ever.😆

With Shahid and Harshad, nandu's body language is different , he knows it and doesn't care much.

That's because he's not AS dumb as we (especially ME) make him out to be. 😉 He knows Harshad well enough, therefore he keeps him out of the line of his green fire. This jealousy thing started from the epi where the two bands arrived at the Saxena Mansion and he saw Dhruv holding Nandu like that. Before that, he knew Dhruv made that bowl topple on purpose- get my point? 😆 ALSO, he knows how Nandu feels about him, so there you go.

About Shahid, he is more or less invisible to Maanik. 😛
