Medha, I honestly even doubt that the rest of the Fab5 know that Manik sent Dhruv for these rescue acts, its like Manik allows his true self to be shown only with Dhruv and now Nandini, as in his friends know that he cares for them, but they don't know that he cares for other people. Even Alya, I don't think has gotten to see this other side of Manik and I guess that is the reason for the most part for their relationship to fail, because the real Manik was never engaged in that relationship. And with Nandini's arrival into Manik's life, the real Manik does not want to live in the shadows of the Monster Manik. Nandini has made Manik want to live in the mainstream of society and not the fringes.
I'm quite sure that the rest of Fab5 do not know of these secret rescue missions of Dhruv-Manik..
In the first episode itself, when Cabir/Mukti were shooting that video of Shahid they genuinely expected him to jump and were surprised/annoyed when he was rescued by the girls.. So obviously they had no clue Dhruv was on that terrace too and that shahid would've been rescued regardless..
Also, Manik himself would never want them to know because the entire illusion of Fab5 rests on the notion of Manik's ruthlessness and invincibility and they need this to feel secure. It would defeat his entire purpose if they ever saw his true self..
As for Alya, I think she's always been attracted to Manik's projected image of strength and indomitable will.. If she ever saw the chinks in his armor it would shatter her confidence in him.. so again there was no question of him ever letting her see his vulnerable side..
Of course Manik and Nandu finding and loving each other was inevitable.. he brought out the warrior in her and she the man in him.. they found themselves only after they found each other.. Aaah.. Fates and the CVs.. Geniuses both 👏
