Now THAT'S what you call a CLASS performance! Matlab, standard dekha performance ka?! Did you see the way executed every single beat of the song so perfectly?! I'm just..uff. The creative team can give us such masterpieces so why the eff did they choose KMG as a rock song!? Yeah, I'm still pissed at that.

How can I actually analyze or talk about the 'Manjha' sequence? There are so many emotions attached to it, I can't take everything and do any justice to them. I don't think I can talk about the episode even. My thoughts start on Manjha and I linger there and can't seem to go any further. This song, this one performance, this one execution of the song, it's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen on Indian telly.

Today we saw why Fab5 is so revered. What the spirit of Fab5 is. This togetherness which we keep saying is on its most vulnerable stage, this togetherness still exists even when physical presence is not there. There tuning, their connection; it doesn't come to be when they are all present on the same spot. They can be in any corner of the world and they'll be as together as they are when they are lying on the stage, exhausted after a jamming session.

I loved it how Manik lend his voice to Fab5. I loved it how he didn't let them down. I loved it the way Dhruv confidently said that Fab5 can't be disqualified. I loved it how Cabir took the mic and started the song.

I bloody loved it the way Cabir looked at Raghav when he sang that. I loved the way Raghav was so speechless and Cabir was so engrossed in his song. I loved the silent conversation they had. I loved the way Cabir went back to his drums and played two instruments at once. I loved the smile of Dhruv's face when he sang. I loved the way they were all in sync, so perfectly.

Agan lagi, lagan lagi..

I loved the way Nandini froze after she read the text and rushed to Rishabh. I loved it how Manik sang, not just for Fab5 but for Rishabh. I loved the concern on his face. I love the anxiousness of her face. I loved it how she was so surprised seeing Manik being so gentle with Rishabh. I loved it how she silenced Chachi with her finger and looked at Manik. I loved the way Manik looked up and was stunned seeing her there. I loved it how she, with her tear stained faced, kept looking at his face which was full of such strong resolve. I love the way they didn't look away. I bloody loved the way they shared such an intense look which bared their hearts to each other. There, in that moment, Nandini's heart shifted and turned. There, in that moment, she was the most beautiful person Manik had ever seen.

I don't want to go further. I really don't. I want to stay in that moment, I want this song to go on forever. I want this outwardly intensity to just stay...because this can't be real. This, these minutes, they were right out of some fantasy which one can only hope to witness. This was magic, magic made of human emotions. You don't get it often. And when you do, you don't want it to be over. Ever.

Yeah, NH3 won in an undeserved way. But this was all a preparation for the bigger stage. Navya is still the hopeless case and just..I don't want to talk about it.

I don't even want to talk about how Chachi has become an official shipper for MaNan. As much I my heart sang at her lines, "Wo jo tera Manik hai.." and Nandini's quiet correction, "Wo mera nahin hai." I just can't. Manik defending Nandini by not saying where he was. Dhruv coming to Manik's rescue. Fab5 being them again. Nandini being all restless when Manik didn't pick the call. It's all beautiful and wonderful but...

The song basically defined the whole episode. There knots separating Manik and Nandini are loosening. The strangling knot which had affected Manik and Dhruv's friendship is gone. God..how beautiful was their hug. The sheer happiness on Manik's face. The thing which could've caused Fab5 to drift further apart, brought them all closer.

Maisy, girl, your post is as brilliant as the episode. After the episode I was going nuts with all the emotions. I knew I would calm down once I read your posts.
I'll edit laters. :-)

Edit: This episode was perfection. I don't remember the last time I felt so emotional about a show. It makes me proud that I stuck to this show. Wonderfully written, brilliantly executed and perfectly enacted.
I don't get emotional or teary eyes watching a serial, not the Indian serial at least, but this episode teared me up. The moment Manik's eyes fell on Nandini, I lost it there. I couldn't hold it back. My heart fluttered, the feeling was something I'm failing to put through words.
NH3, sharam karo. You people sang Koi Mil Gaya, a ridiculous choice of song and won. Meh. Fab5 was the winner. In every sense. They have unity, tuning, and above all they have a zeal. Their aim wasn't proving it to someone that they were best. All they cared was winning.
No one can break them. Harshad, hat paray.
Cabir did share a look with Raghav like you mentioned yesterday, but going by the look, it wasn't longing, it was something else. Cabir might not be gay, there's something huge, that he's guilty about, something that Raghav knows. The curiosity keeps building up.
Harshad and Navya! Cringe worthy. Worst thing about the episode. But why did he hint at kissing her? Why does he not see how obsessed this lady is about him?
Chachi, yeah you be a good MaNan shipper, thank you.
But all this wasn't interesting me, all I cared about was that one moment Manik and Nandini shared. So many emotions. So many feels.
This is going to be my fav episode and fav scene of MaNan. These two are fire.
Aayee, Manik and Dhruv are back. I love how these moments always get connected. He realised that Dhruv wasn't wrong. He was only protecting his friend. Glad they're back. The ties are getting untangled.

I have a feeling that fab5 will win musicana. After today's episode, this thought has been bugging me. Maybe they'll win and redeem their glory.
Tomorrow is gonna be the death of me.

P.S. What does "Manik" mean?

MAIS, you just made me relive the episode😭what a brilliant brilliant epi, gosh the way Manik and Nandu looked at each other, such raw emotions there, before the comp I wanted NH3 to win but no more, I want Fab5 to win, they have way too much passion and pride in their music.

Nh3 should have lost for singing a pop song for a rock performance to say the least😕

What was this episode, so since I wasnt really watching it live, I missed all the drama of the technical glitch😆 but man can I say how much I loved loved this episode. Fab5 should have got some 100 bonus points for song selection, first of all, they were simply outstanding, all of them right from Ayaz to Utkarsh to Mukti to Alya just made you feel like you were watching a live performance. I am sorry NH3 cannot even stand in the shadow of this performance, it was that mindblowing. Let me start with Ayaz, I had loved and lived him as Raghu in DDEJ and he's a very fine actor, the way he emoted the first line, I mean the calibre of acting just shines through, so darn brilliant. I loved the way he eyelocked with Raghav, I am really not sure whats going on with them but Raghav had a very answering emotional look to Cabir's emotional laden singing. I loved each and everyone of the Fab 5, they all sold the performance through and through.

MaNan- I can't even begin to describe what I felt but I will try to do justice to it through my words. First of all the whole scene with Nandu running through the corridors as the singing of Fab5 resonates in the background, brilliant, just brilliant. Loved the focus on her feet, I was really wondering why she was wearing this long skirt for her rock performance and today I got my answer, the whole lifting of the skirt , with the camera panning to her feet to give us the sense of urgency just as the Fab 5 emotionally belt out those heart-felt lyrics👏

What was that look that Manik and Nandu shared, I cant call it romantic because dear god it wasnt, but there was something so raw, as if the whole world had ceased to exist and that just their souls spoke to each other, no words needed because when souls speak, senses cease to exist. The fireflies know after all...

Manik's look at Nandu as he belts out the number, it was a promise wasn't it and so beautifully done.Nandu understood that promise I think and dear god, I was like hyperventilating for something so amazingly done. Every episode I keep thinking they can't top this MaNan scene and they surprise me with such emotional depth to the scenes. Give me the depth any day and I will sing your praises to heaven.

Manik-Rishabh, how caring was he to him, such a different light to the Monster who scared the boy, he actually comforted him, there was so much love...gah...so much emotion.

Chachi called Manik as Nandu's😆, Chachi is the captain of our ship😆 and loved how she told Nandu to treasure him. And Nandu, you might not know it, but he's yours , actually even he doesnt but it will all come out in good time.

Manik-Dhruv: I am glad Manik realised that Dhruv's intentions were never to hurt Manik, and that he realised that sometimes the intentions and motives are right even if the outcome is wrong. Dhruv understands Manik best and their friendship is something else isnt it. I dont think either boys will begrudge the other Nandu no matter what happens, they are too much of brothers to begrudge the other, there will be heartbreak but there will be understanding also.

Manik really grew up, yet another layer to him. Manik's character growth has been fantastic to watch, it hasnt come sudden, but has come gradually, so much more believable than him waking up one day and becoming a good guy just because he has fallen for Nandu.

Honestly NH3 annoyed me today except for Nandu, I can understand wanting to win but honestly a technical glitch making you win shouldnt be something to celebrate.

For me the Fab5 were winners today, not only for their beautiful performance but also for being able to put their problems aside and still make it a fab performance. I want Fab5 to win Musicana because they are passionate about music and it shows.

I am not really gonna talk about Harshad and Navya because honestly they are getting on my NERVES😆

Precap: We are in for some intensity arent we, anyone feel that this time Manik will try to stay away and its Nandu who will try to talk to him😆

And yes FAB 5 deserve to win. They have it in with them. They were not just together to spite Harshad, there is a reason why they are together, they fit. I am sure NH3 will come around soon, but FAB 5 will end up breaking because now there are four secrets:

1) Manik's of nandini

2) Cabirs

3) Mukti's drug addiction/anti despression

4) Manik and Alya's fake relationship

But FAB 5 and NH3 may come back together later.

The episode was nothing short of perfection, perfection in terms of the emotions and the song after watching today's Fab5 performance I actually think the makers purposely used the koi mil gaya song on NH3 because their music selection is otherwise so perfect.. I cant get over the MaNan eyelock, with the song in the background and their intense look that conveyed thousand of emotions is one of the best eyelock ever.. Now I really want Cabir's secret to be out its becoming obvious that it has something to do with Raghav and I really want to see how they will handle it for now Fab 5 seems good but still there are more secrets out there ManRuv scene was so heartwarming, they finally are on the same page and like true buddies they would always have each other side.. The change in Nandu is so evident now it was so sweet when she praised Manik's singing to Navya😳 Sigh that pic its making me go weak on my knees

I still have goosebumps and Mais you just made me go through that emotional roller-coaster once again.

I am speechless, this whole episode was so special, there is this overwhelming feeling which is about to burst .

Manjha was such perfection. Without Manik fab5 were lost for a second, it's not about music or winning for them but being together, the friendship and the love they have for each other. Fab5 will always be the stars and the true winners. Because they are not together for revenge, winning or want to prove someone , they are together because they are family.

I guess this is why I will always feel disconnected with NH3 because somewhere they are together because of one goal not some bond. They will separate and go different ways. They will never be able to break or defeat Fab5.

If defeat is like this then there is no need of winning.

Cabir, Ayaz killed it. That one line , he poured his heart out . The stare he shared with Raghav, I don't know what to say. I just have a feeling it is something different that is troubling him.

Dhruv was in his element because his buddy was with them on that stage. There was poignant , pious silence while fab5 was singing , it was like each one of them inspite of their worries and tensions , connected together to create music.

That Look

I cannot tell you how powerful the look was that Manik shared with Nadu. He let his guards down, allowed her to glimpse the real him and his real emotions for her. The hand continued to nurse her brother while the words conveyed the unsaid. Their relationship is also very complicated, yet there is trust now. Nandu's eyes were not just filled with worry or gratitude rather they help an acknowledgment and adoration for her Manik. I cannot get the look out of my head. That was so powerful. So bloody powerful.

Result

Disappointing but well atleast it wasn't an outright defeat. I feel they did well given the circumstances. NH3 have to click somewhere or else the story won't have progressed. But while fab5 stood united and together, even in victory NH3 were individuals and separate.

Navya-Harshad

Was it just me but Harshad was about to kiss her as well? IS he feeding her breadcrumbs now ? But Navya is really the only underwhelming character now.

Chachi

I need to hug her, she is rockstar. Tera Manik, she sensed his feelings and care for her. And thank God she voiced it. Nandu's refusal wasn't of annoyance , somewhere her no was of realization to, perhaps not of feelings but the existence of "their" thing is dawning on her. He is Manik in every sense of the word.

Fab5

There was no aggression just worry for why Manik was missing. In the whole scene it felt nice how each one of them cares for the band. I am loving Alya too now. Dhruv saved Manik with a lie and a secret. The group hug - Perfection. I teared up a bit.

I like how Manik disconnected her calls , he needs space after what she shared and that moment was for fab5

aww they are together but well now they both know that some secrets are worth keeping for friendships. They both were right and this arrangement gives them the opportunity to explore the other things and emotions. Growing up, eh?

I don't think Manik should tell about what happened to fab5 or even Dhruv. Nandu is still a sore point for them as a group and Rishab's illness. And to top it all , his bursting feelings for her. Awww

I am just so content , so amazed at this episode .

'Hai Jazbaa, suljhadenge uljhe rishton ka manja'. 'That single line that I kept quoting yesterday is so profound. No matter what transpires, whatever is in store for these characters in the future- all their trials and tribulations, they will become each other's support system/ footing/ encouragement/ strength. Gahh!! *tears welling up in my eyes again* Gives one hope that the world is still very beautiful 😊

This track is an 'All Go' for me. Too many hints have been dropped. We can also rule out the older woman track because when Nyonika was mentioned, Cabir didn't react out of the ordinary. I loved the way Cabir went back to his drums and played two instruments at once. I loved the smile of Dhruv's face when he sang. I loved the way they were all in sync, so perfectly.

This is the crucial difference between the two bands- Fab 5 believes in sticking up for one another through thick and thin while NH3 at least at the moment, is about individual triumphs.

Exactly! Fab5's unity can't be broken that easily. Harshad is trying but his plans don't work that well..they are so temporary. It's their own secrets which are the biggest threat to them. And if Harshad finds them out..then he can successfully work with them and get what he wants. Let's see if he gets there first or they come out on their own..
