I don't think I can praise the way the serial makers write the dialogues here, they are devoid of many gimmicks, over-niceties , but there is real genuineness and the depth of those words are so very relevant. Couldn't agree more! There are times when they don't even sound like 'dialogues' from a 'serial'...they all sound SO real, it's like how we converse in everyday life.

Dhruv continues feeling all giddy with his new rush of infatuation. He is smiling and blushing. It does break the heart but at the same time , good for him to start experiencing these feelings.

Rose is like Alec Smart of this serial. She is the "viewer" who calls out on every situation. Much needed in a group where everyone is just pretending or faking things.

Cabir's secret.

I felt for Cabir , whatever it is he is hiding is eating him from within . He is watching his friends crumble with the pressures of their lives and he just doesn't want to pile on.

I am happy it was Manik who came to know about this secret first and bravo to him for handling it so maturely. I feel since that reality check from Nandu he is perceiving things in a better manner. He didn't go all hulk on Cabir and forced the secret out of him , rather he was trusting , honest and a true friend. He encouraged Cabir to trust their friendship and share his woes. Finally it gets to him that it's the secrets which are breaking them not the truth. Manik was devoid of any ego in that scene and that was a sight. Space and trust, so happy to see that unlike how I thought this might make him emotionally separate from fab5, they preferred to make this about Manik's growing maturity . No wonder his sudden interest in the teachings of a certain Prof. Nandu has brought out the human being in him and HOW! When he asked his Prof Nandu to keep giving him lessons...it was so telling! It's like Maanik is consciously or unconsciously absorbing every 'lesson' she has been giving him and putting them to use when the time and situation deems fit.

Tree scene

OMG, sorry , i doubt I can pen it. So very beautiful , visually and emotionally . This is it for them you know, there path crossed unexpectedly , they didn't go seeking each other rather they were fated to meet and help each other grow and evolve. The hand connection was so beautiful-symbolic. Very like that firefly scene. Maanik pouring out his heart to her and in turn 'demanding' the same from the girl was so...

Nandu was so drained and she let her monster know that she doesn't want their usual thing for now. The comfort again. He offered her a break . But she noticed resignation , disappointment and sadness in his tone. I loved how the Angel Nandu just cannot see a sad soul but her handle on Manik is so perfect. She goaded him to share not that the break was on . he didn't even hesitate for a minute and poured his heart's anguish. For a guy who has bottled his emotions inside , this was such a profound experience. he trusts her with his emotions and feelings. I loved how Nandu was so mature and real,the advice she gave about new experiences and growth was so wise. This is such an important life lesson. And He listened, like he always does. Maanik minus Fab 5 can be such a sweetheart! I so want him to take another few lessons from Prof Nandu, sit and talk with his group regarding their behaviour towards her and the others and sort everything out. (Distant dream, I know...but still).

But then there was no way he would have let her go with her sharing her frustrations. The way he pulled her and the concern when her head hit the wall. They both were not shocked with each other's behaviour, they kinda expected it. The look Nandu was giving him was so telling. And then when forced her to share her woes because this girl never does it with anyone , pushing her buttons and recharging her confidence , giving her a reason to fight was so typical manik, yet so important. I remember mentioning this in my previous post- Nandini is sooo comfortable with Maanik's touch and so used to it that another male touching her makes her kind of uncomfortable (and that includes Dhruv as well). It feels like Nandini has accepted in her sub-conscious that only this one man is allowed to touch her in such a manner, same for Maanik- he believes only HE has the right to do everything with her- right from touching her to hurting her to soothing her pain to carrying her...the list is endless. 😆

This is why these two are so perfect, they are not only understanding each other but also being emotional anchors to each other. Kinda like ying-yang. BANG ON!

Navya - harshad ,

I love how Nandu without compromising on Navya's feelings tried reminding harshad about his influence on her. I hope Navya doesn't let them down. If the twitter pics are to be believed, she wouldn't.

I also liked the interaction between Cabir and Manik. The way Manik handled this situation I wouldn't have believed possible 4 weeks back. Manik has really progressed nicely in the serial. He has grown on me and I like that...I particularly dislike passive characters, maybe that's why have not warmed up to Dhruv.
@charmingenie alluded to yin and yang..I liked that. The constant juxtaposition in situations between Manik and Nandini is soo special.

THE FEELS. GOSH.

Nandini/Manik for once did not fight, listened to each other & consoled each other in their own ways. Nandu, how can you be so oblivious to what you to do to Manik? He looked so soft & concerned when he was rubbing her head. And as usual, he adopted the hard approach by challenging her instead of telling her directly that things will be fine & she shouldn't give up. Wonder what it'll take for him to be direct with her. They have been doing it since the storeroom incident. 😳 Maanik not 'consoling' her is soo Maanik, 😆 remember his line- 'Our Nandu's back' in the storeroom when he was about to take that jacket and she went feisty on him?? Even he cannot stand a low and gloomy Nandini- he loves his fiery 'Nandu'. 😉 😆

Cabir - NOOO. I think its pretty much given that he's gay. I get this feeling that he might be dating Raghav (the teacher). Rose's intuition might just be right. Sadly, there drowns my Cabir/Navya ship. Sigh. But I am glad that the show is addressing this problem. In India, homosexuality is still seen as a big taboo & I hope the friends will support him & accept him for who he is. Fab 5 are not 'Baba Adam k zamaane k bande'...then why would he think that they won't be able to accept a boy instead of a girl? He knows his group too well, right? And he doesn't have to be 'gay'...he can as well be a 'bisexual'.

Harshad - Dude, he's the one character I kinda dislike in the show. Yes, he did stand up for Nandini but he did it all for himself. Selfishness is still fine, but what I hate is how he has been using both of them for his own purposes. I seriously don't believe that Harshad has not caught on about Navya liking him. Its so obvious he's a womanizer. But he decided to pretend like he doesn't know & make use of her innocence to get all the info. That is seriously not done.

I think many people ship Mukti & Harshad but I, for one, hope that they don't end up together. Yes, there is passion & they probably burn at the sight of each other but passion is not enough. There has to be a certain amount of understanding & trust between each other in a relationship, which I feel Harshad lacks. I hope that the CVs will let Harshad have his own story, his own ambitions rather than constantly being the enemy of the F5. I don't dislike him...nope. Despite his hatred for Fab 5, there's more to him than a selfish retard who's just using the two girls. We see that every now and then, him humouring Navya, him being genuine and respectful towards Nandini, etc. He might be a lot of things, but he'd never lead Navya on, have always maintained that she's 'just a friend', it's not his fault if Navya's obsessed with him.

Remember, he saved Rishabh when he didn't know either of the siblings or Navya...so he's not BAD.

PRECAP - I do feel bad for F5. But I think this was needed. Just like Manik told Cabir that the truth is not what kills, but rather its the secret. The same way this incident should help Manik too finally realise what he feels for Nandini & he should have an honest conversation with the F5 regarding his feelings rather than constantly denying it & masking it with further torture for Nandini. I hope this whole incident is a catalyst for everyone in the F5 to sit together & vent out all their feelings, frustrations etc. Its definitely testing time for everyone. I'm not sure whether this will make Maanik realize his feelings or not, he have seen the same thing happening with Dhruv and Rishabh, hence the concern. To top it off, he happens to be Nandini's bro. I wouldn't have expected something similar from him two months back, but this is how Nandini has changed Maanik!

Just finished watching. And I don't think I can think much beyond the MaNan scene.😳 How adorable was that! And how Manik motivates her in the guise of a challenge! For all their fights, these two really understand each other; how easily they pour their hearts out to each other! It is remarkable, how they are both there, if only by accident, when either of them is in need of support, how their rapport has grown from being the bully and the target to each others confidantes. I am loving this! Mannn...I've written so much on that tree scene that my fingers are crying! 😭

That being said, MaNan are probably the first of its kind couple (as far as I've seen on telly) who actually believe in having conversations- like REAL conversations.

About Cabir's secret, I shudder to think what will happen if your assumption about him possibly dating Manik's mom comes true. Manik will be devastated! 🤢 Poor guy, his life is already so messed up, I hate to think what it will do to him. I'm still hoping that I'm wrong...let it be Raghav or even Navya! 😕

Nandu-Rishabh scenes are always pleasure to watch.😳 Love love this bro-sis bond, it fills my heart with so much warmth. ❤️ They always remind me of my younger brother and myself, the more reason that I love their scenes. ❤️

So it does seem Navya makes it to the performance, but Manik is away tending to Rishab !😲 Now that's what I call a twist! Can't wait for tomorrow!😳
