Have always been fond of 'Jugnu' a.k.a Fireflies myself since childhood, but never knew about stories related to them.. This was nice to read.. Thankyou.. makes me feel so happy and hopeful for MaNan.. <3

Seriously you just brought in a powerful metaphor which perfectly sets the relationship between Manik and Nandini. This new added information just makes it so meaningful , so pious.

Nandini indeed like Diana imbibes for death and birth, you see the facades, the masks and pretense falling around while genuineness is emerging around her ,especially with respect to Manik and fab5. Her innocence to seek life , a firefly , even though she has lost her parents to the darkness of death is heart-warming and full of energy . Her innocence is the glow which amazes , attracts and seeks love.

Manik is very Apollo , the sun around whom fab5 revolve. He has to keep burning from within to give light to his friends. Music is his only outlet and now he seeks love, a glow which doesn't expect anything from him . An innocence which balms him and an unapologetic honesty which nobody has manged to pass through his rings of fire.

oh Mrinal, you are awesome, this indeed made the wait a little less painful. Thank You.
