lekin ek locha hai...problem ye hai agar 1 ghanta pehle last comment same IP address se ho to 1 ghante baad ussi IP se agla comment allowed nai hai ...agar kisine beech me comment kia ho tabhi same IP se comment kia jasakta hai...abhi comments k chakkar me dusra laptop kahase laau mai?!! 😆
