Cabir moved as usual in his careless way around the college singing some unusual song, & sticking his drum sticks together, when something no someone caught his eye.
" MADHUBALA " he shouted & entered the classroom.
Navya jolted from her seat, she was trying to do some homework but she couldn't understand anything, normally it was Nandini who helped her in her home works but she is lost somewhere in the college.
" Madhubala...Madhubala...what are u doing? " Cabir asked playing the insensitive nonsense again. " ahh...homework I see... " he said looking at the fallen copy.
" But haven't your parents taught you that home works are meant for home or in your case hostel...not to do in class " Cabir said moving around in circles.
Navya's eyes welled up with tears...
" areee...areee...don't cry...baby " Cabir said teasing her & laughing at the same time.
" Cabir " Mukti stood at the class entrance " what's going on here ? " she asked
" ahh...Mukti...come come...our beautiful black & white Madhubala's parents haven't taught her that home works are meant for home " Cabir said hiding his smirk.
" give me back my copy " Navya said moving a bit forward to take the copy from Cabir's hands.
" u want copy?...come take it " he said & the movement she reached the copy he threw it towards Mukti & they started playing ball-ball with her copy. Navya moved between the two of them to take the copy from them when she stumbled on the chair & fell straight into someone's arms.
Harshad held Navya tightly so that she doesn't fall of, he helped her to stand up holding her close to him
" U ok? " he asked Navya, she nodded she was crying, his blood boiled ' how could they? ' he thought & gave a maniac look towards them.
" what's going on here? " he asked pushing Navya behind him protecting her from Cabir & Mukti
" Listen bro, we were just having fun & moreover what's your problem? " Cabir said standing in front of Harshad.
" fun... I will tell u what does fun mean " & the two started brawling in the class.

Mukti & Navya shouted & came in between the two to stop fighting. " Cabir, leave him " Mukti said & pulled him back. " Watch out " Cabir warned Harshad.
" Harshad stop it " Navya pleaded. Cabir & Mukti moved out of the classroom.
Harshad moved to Navya holding her by her shoulders " U ok right? "
Navya nodded but she still had tears, Harshad wiped those tears & said " don't cry ".
A pair of jealous eyes were staring at them.
