Navya and Nandini got out of the rickshaw and started to walk into school.
"Will you stop bouncing up and down?" Navya said. "Dhruv will be there. I promise you, we won't do anything till you see him."
"Sorry," Nandini blushed. "I'm just so excited to see him. It's the-"
"The first time you two will be seen together as boyfriend/girlfriend. Yeah I know...you told me...15 times," Navya said, laughing.
"Not 15..."
"Oh yeah...50!"
"Oh shut up." Nandini blushed and they both walked into school together. Everyone stared as they walked through the school.
"Do we look bad?" Navya asked.
"No way. We look amazing, well I do. You look absolutely GORGEOUS. It's just because we've change a little. Dude, we went to London for the holidays, we're definitely going to change," Nandini told her.
"Do you really think I look okay? I mean, I can't believe my parents actually let me leave the house like this," Navya said, looking down at her clothes. Her dress went to just above her knees.
"Me neither, I thought they were going faint," Nandini giggled with Navya. As they continued to walk towards where Dhruva and Nandini were going to be meeting. Suddenly some guys approached them.
"Hey ladies, wanna take a ride with us?" said one of the guys. Nandini and Navya shared a look with each other.
"In your dreams," Nandini said.
"Or our nightmares," Navya retorted trying to movie past them. The guy grabbed both their arms.
"Excuse me, who the hell do you think you are?" Nandini cried.
"Come on baby, you know you want this," the other one said.
"No, I don't. Let me go," Navya said. Suddenly both the guys had been pulled off the girls and were up against the wall.
"If you so as much look at my girlfriend again, I swear to god, you'll be dead," Dhruv threatened the guy. He let him go and watched him run away. The other one was Manik. Alya stood next to the girls.
"Is that any way to behave with a lady? You better stay away from her, or else..." Manik glared at the guy, who ran away. They went to the girls. Nandini jumped on Dhruv and hugged him. Luckily Dhruv caught her and swung her around. Navya, Manik and Alya made faces.
"I missed you," Nandini said.
"Me too. Are you okay? Did he hurt you?" Dhruv said, pulling away, checking her all over, and froze. He looked her up and down. Manik and Alya also took both the girls in.
"Wow..." they said. Both the girls blushed.
"Is that a good wow?" Nandini asked.
"Definitely," Dhruv said. Navya rolled her eyes.
"Thanks," Nandini said, shyly.
"Let's leave them alone, shall we?" Alya said. The other two nodded and walked away, leaving Dhruv and Nandini whispering to each other, and making up for their lost time.
"So what's with the new look?" Manik asked.
"Well we did go to London, and our usual Indian looks don't work there. So we changed, and it kind of became permanent. You should have seen my parents, I thought they were going to die," Navya said. The other two laughed at this. "But I like the new me. I think people won't treat me the same...especially creepy guys." She shivered.
"Don't worry, if anyone does anything just tell me or Dhruv," Manik said.
"So is there someone special you changed for?" Alya asked knowingly. Navya blushed, while Manik laughed.
"No..."
"You're such a bad liar. Cabir will die when he sees you. His black and white madhubala' isn't really a madhubala anymore," Alya commented.
"Please, according to him I will always be a madhubala'. According to him, I'm an easy target, I'm innocent, and what else I don't know," Navya said.
"You're also beautiful," said a voice from behind them. They all turned and Navya's blood turned cold.
"What the hell do you want Harshad?" Manik growled.
"I'm talking to my friend," he said, eyes scanning over Navya's body. Navya shifted uncomfortable.
"You're not my friend. You're nothing to me," she said, trying to sound strong. Alya put an arm around Navya's shoulder.
"Leave her alone Harshad, she doesn't want to have anything to do with you," Mukti said, coming up behind them with Nandini and Dhruv. Nandini came and stood next to Navya.
"Woah, Navya if you think your little bodyguard groups can keep you away from me, your wrong," Harshad threatened. Navya backed away, and started to shake a little. The girls surrounded her.
"That better be an empty threat Harshad, otherwise you might not be able to threat anymore, once I'm done with you," said a voice from behind Harshad. They all, including Harshad who turned, looked to where the voice was coming from. Navya was surprised, but happy.
