I don't think that we've been introduced to him properly so everyone has the same question. I think he is most definitely related to Manik somehow, especially after seeing his reaction today.

I think Manik's stepbrother or cousin and there's definitely some tension there between those two. Did anyone get the feeling that there was something between Alya and Harshad ?

If he is Manik's brother than what was he doing in the pool of Alya's house?
And when Manik said about harshad that," Chaprasi ki bhi aukad nahi hai iski" .Alya was offended and was glaring to Manik.
He is related to Alya but has some problem with Manik.

At first I thought he was Manik's brother or stepbrother.
But the episode of his introduction, he was at Aliya's house.
And Aliya clearly stopped Manik from doing anything to him that day.
Even today when she put her hand on his shoulder it looked like she was stopping him. So I don't know if she does that out of care for Manik or because she's related to Harshad.
The only thing that has thinking the latter, is how Harshad was at her house and she looks really defensive of him.
So I'm thinking he's Aliya's brother more than Manik's.
