Been trying to figure out what the purpose of the whole fire thing was. In a way it was filler, in a way it reset the thing they were building up to since the past week - and the whole leap actually.

PS: We are kind of back to square one - in Bhavani's house... like the pre-leap ex times.

@bold you already know.. just pretending to forget while typing the above post. Also your next lines sum up the history of the show. The PS added the shining touch- expert's comment.

I feel cvs have forgotten or they may be focusing on other things like planning villians' next move- Rajiv's next psychotic dance, Manvi's next property grab move..in all this wedding symbols aren't given the importance they deserve.

3rd time, (1 was a dream).. so technically 4th time wedding? That's hardly a big announcement.

so officially 2 years leap track ends as NO more RA faking and living alone with Manvi as her BF, with Ahuja family reunion with VSA and all of them shifting to Bhavani's place like pre-leap as they lost their house again (this time to fire).

Juz before leap Rajeev came back for revenge to kidnap and take Amu to cliff point and then VSA got shot leading to separation.

So lazy cycle has to repeat, Rajeev will come back for another revenge but this time Amu injured can cause separation? if another leap possibility otherwise curtains down soon and Manvi might be shown suffering mis-carriage triggering climax to story.

There was this pic that Sriti shared as a story that showed a deserted VA room around a month back. Some had the view that the room was burnt... but nothing happened. Was this meant to happen back then?

What was the reason for fire???

1. Main purpose is to show how far Rajeev can go in his madness and capable of doing mass murder.

He was doing psychotic dance. I hope he is going to live normal life because in this craziness of proving himself as a good villain he has gone to the extreme levels of madness.

After hanging Amruta or after the fire in the car , he should be happy and switch his expressions but he was still shaking like a Maniac

I unfortunately think there is high likelihood of the show heading towards a pregnancy track. When Amruta had called doctor to get advice to trick Manvi into bed rest, there was a flicker in her expression when she spoke to the doctor. Tab hi laga tha mujhe ki Amvira pregnancy is being foreshadowed. I could be wrong as writers seem to change tracks literally in the space of 48 hours, so time will tell if I got it right. But I don't even understand how Amruta will find out she's pregnant so quickly because the stayover had happened just a week ago if the rules of time are being respected. Itni jaldi toh nahi pata chalta unless the couple is actively trying and monitoring possible pregnancy!

No natural law has been followed here - be it laws of physics or chemistry. Distance is variable, time is subjective, even the gas leak no one in the house including servants could smell, then how do you expect biology laws to be followed? Kuch bhi ho sakta hai!!
