Girish and Prithvi...

I have mixed reactions when I compare Angad to Shekhar or even Kripa to Lolita, but I guess everybody who knows Parineeta's Girish will right away agree with me that our Prithvi is a true copy of Girish...

Girish in Parineeta is very lovable and comes accross as a very dear charachter as opposed to any third angle in the regular love stories who usually end up as becoming the reasons for the rift between the main protagonists....I just loved him through and through...Any misunderstandings that were caused were not cos of him but cos of Shekhar's Jealous and dumb headedness and also the Godzilla father that he has...

Prithvi too has all the traits of Girish and some more...I think if at all A&K are going to be together ever, its going to be because of our very own Prithvi...Its going to be very interesting to see how his role is going to mould in the future considering Kripa's revenge story and also her pregnancy etc....I dont particularly like him getting married to Kripa as I strongly feel that he deserves some on much much better than a girl who is already looted herself, heart and soul and also body to someother guy..

Okie now I would love to hear all your views on this...

parineeta n kyph do have marked similarities...but Thank God there no anitahhs n harshoos in Parineeta....

Seriously i know there is actually no comparison of classical cinema to television floss...but there r some similarities in characterization...or maybe the fact that we r so obsessed with Kyph...we sumhow relate it to evrything ...like nannu was seein the godzilla clan in a cockroach...also killed it brutally thinkin it was them...😆...kiddin nannu baby

Yayyyy Tisha and Sariyal, You guys are cool..I just love to discuss Parineeta in every form and shape...I just need an excuse to get started...Prithvi is a good enough excuse I guess....The guy has totally won over me, even more than Girish I would say...And I know I'm talking too much about Parineeta these days, so much so that all my friends in IF are going to run away from my posts..You guys are real chums and still posted your responses...I love you😳😳😳

Oh Raksha, U r still under the spell of Porineeta. It is indeed a "Wow Movie", I watched it only once this weekend, And just loved each & every frame sc. Though VV Chopra has changed it according to the modern times & that's what I loved............There's no joy in doing a book the way it has already been done. A work of art is open to timeless interpretations. Loved & enjoyed Pradeep Sarkar's direction & Vidu vinod chopra's take on P. Yesterday I was chatting with chilly & we thought hum sabko Parineetaria ho gaya hai lol. I agree with Tisha that Prithvi will be a bigger support to Kripa than Girish to Lolita. It sure looks that Prithvi will play a bigger role in A-K love st than girish but who knows Ekta mai kab mood change ho jaye aur kab Prithvi the sweetie may turn into P the monster! Sariyal sure we can never compare a piece of classic to this crappy Tv shows. Raksha, Sharad babu must be turning in his grave hearing abt the comparisons being made.😉

Absolutely...I guess you are right as Kripa is in a much dire situation than Lolita was in...A man needs a big heart to help the very girl who rejected him not just once....And here Prithvi is standing by Kripa and against his own buffalo head Sister...That's soemthing I tell you...Ekta better mould this charachter well and not make him another mananta maniac and make us all hate him...

Right now I'm already a member of Angad Hate Club!Sorry Angad fans(if any), the guy has no brain of his own and now he lost his heart too...😡😡😡
