As Aryan 08 put it, they are both running high on hormones right now. True love is indeed gradual appreciation. So if they show Angad and Kripa making out, we know where the story is headed. It is so predictable!

In truly Ekta Kapoor style, since Angad has applied Sindoor to Kripa, he has the gained the license to make love to her. They want to show Kripa is idealistic and therefore the best thing to do was to get her "married" to Angad by hook or by crook. Ekta Kapoor will never show the heroine of her soap as characterless.
