Forum Getting Skewed

Hi,

I have been a silent member of IF for ages now. Found out about this forum when Sujal had given the scare last time around to leave KTH. Have been visting this forum ever since, and though I thoroughly enjoy visting this forum, have never felt the need to register. There are already so many diverse views always being poured in, there has never been a need.

Why then today? Well, I started watching KYPH when I once visted the discussion panel here. And i just love the way some people write here. Nitica, Chilly, Sugarbun, Rakshal, Jots, to name a few. I have seen three kinds of people on this forum. One who watch the show for what it is, and thoroughly enjoy it e.g Nitica and Chilly, Sugar , Koolkariya and a few others, then there are some who enjoy the show but are neutral about it, and finally the category which forces me to join the forum today.

While watching any show, what does a person want? Positive energy, and we all hate shows which are reeking of negative energy, which most usual Ekta soaps are. She has already spoiled one of the best shows ever made, KTH. KYPH shows that kind of a promise again.

I m taking a lot of your reading time maybe, but the point is, we are thoroughly enjoying the show now. The reason for it is the terrific chemistry between the lead pair, the novel presentation of the show and the fast pace it has. Personally speaking, I like both Angad and Kripa in the lead pair, as much as all of you do. Since Angad is surely getting all the attention he deserves, Neha is being left behind. The forum is getting heavily skewed towards Angad , understandable. The day Nitica had posted the comment about leaving Neha alone, I had almost jumped in to reiterate her point. But I saw the positive response she got and stopped myself.

Criticising Neha just brings a lot of negative energy to the forum. Understandbly, Iqbal's girlfriend is on the forum so there is always postive blood abt him, not that he has ever given a reason to complain,he is terrific in my opinion, but then nor has Neha. She is so young, and is giving her best to the serial. Maybe she was even selected for the role before Angad was, give the girl benefit of doubt.

How many people get along with her on the sets, what is her rapport with co-stars, and then making fun about it, is just putting more attention on Iqbal-Neha than Angad -Kripa. If we watch soaps to let them wash us with the feeling of goodness and romance for half an hour, then let it be just that.

I doubt I would post regular posts, does not matter to me about points or member status, but I will surely jump if there is reason like this enough for me to.I read every single post though, is an entirely different matter. My kudos to Nitica and Chilly for always posting feel good posts. Nitica, you are such a romantic.

Loved the way you have put forth your thoughts ...Well, you seem to be a fan of KTH...In that case I have a pal here as even I'm a dejected KTH follower...Eventhough its not my favorite anymore, thanks to Ekta's creative heads, I still am a big fan of Sujal...Now coming to KYPH, its promising to be another KTH which makes me all the more apprehensive...

Hopefully you will write more...I actually wanted to write more, but for the limited time I have now as I have to rush...

Keep posting and have fun here...People here are extremely friendly and fun loving...

wow, nice to know we have many silent members aswell, the day i found out about this forum was the day i decided to join, and since then i havnt kept my gob shut, i cant just read i have to intervene aswell 😛!!!!!

First of all, welcome to the forum. We are glad you decided to voice your opnion.

Let me say this, there is more talk of Angad because members want to talk about him. I am sure if anyone wants to talk about Neha, they will definitely find a lot of members very eager to participate in the discussion.

Bottomline is, it is upto the members to start a discussion and the forum is just a place to facilitate that.

Hey morningdew, i noticed the same thing... im glad u voiced ur opinion on this, i also wanted to say that there are a lot of unnecessary posting going on... i mean we have 76 pages in this forum, while in other there are about 20... i just want to ask the moderaters to maybe clean it up a little so we could get to the important stuff... i mean hearing what other people think is great, and the fan fiction which I love better than the actual show, but just the other things get in the way to get to those things...

Thanks for going through my marathon, dreary post. Lakshmi, I always was amused reading your signature line, it is so true. Whatever time I come back from work, I have to visit IF. With maximum focus on which soap has caught my fancy. 😃

Jots, the reason I stayed silent for so long was if being silent makes me spend a good deal of my free time on the forum, guess what registering would do to my daily schedule.😊

I would say though, I love visiting IF and guess its become a habit now.
