even my mom was asking the same thing but i guess when we watch kekta's shows then we shud leave our brain in the refrigerator so tht it cools down 4 a while .

It was mentioned in the flashbacks (the day angad finds out Avantika is his mom) that Dilip and Naina were married before "Somesh" and Avantika were married... And Karthik was already born by then....

Dilip and Naina were married before and Naina had already had Kartik when Dilip married Avantika.
