I don't get it, the prosecutors can pick random people present in the courtroom to testify against the accused? 😕 Also, Kripa didn't take an oath to speak the truth, and only the truth...therefore, I don't think her testimony should be considered valid.

😆😆😆 Indian legal system does not finction like that... Take that from a student of law...
What they showed was absolute carp... In fact a wife cannot even be asked to testify if the husband is the accused... Asking a wife to testify is an offence... The entire legal procedure they showed was crap.... Not the Indian Legal system by any chance..
