Is Angad Innocent?
Innocence of a man/women is depended on their actions... their words ... the gestures... in case of angad khanna... the case doesnt favour for him a couple of reasons....
In sheetal case :
she has been a friend to kripa for a long time now... she as a person was genuine with her intentions because she had see her suffer through the problem when angad n kripa werent on the talking terms.... i wont blame sheetal here but i would blame kripa ... because she was supposed to be the one who must have taken a stand in this relationship... she was the one who misunderstood the relationship of mishti and Angad... n went ahead and told Sheetal a story ... where any women in her place would feel sorry because being a women u can sometimes strongly feel wht a women might go through ... i guess its sentimental .... Hence after that sheetal was always for a look out for Kripa ... because she wanted her best interest... n wanted to give the best for her... for a man who supposedly according to his own wife is neglecting a preg women. n has a relationship... dancing with his ex finanace.. would give any one a wrong a expression .....
Hence always Sheetal was on a look out for Kripa.. she was a friend .. willing to go to any extent... so that she could help her safe her from the heartache ... that she once went through.... Angad never handled the situation rite the first time he talked to sheetal.. he had let his man ego come in between ... n said that no one has a right to interfere in our relationship... they are always ways of saying things... and the way angad came out wasnt the best impression to give it to a girl .. who doesnt really think highly of him... Definitely after that talk .. Sheetal suspicion grew that maybe this guy is chauvinist.... who tries to imply his rule on women....Had he not being impulsive then he wont have been standing where he is rite now ..... Angad never went on fact... he let his heart rule over his mind... n thats where he was at fault ... he was so scared to believe that his wife will leave him that whtever he saw he believed in ...... u needed to have that much faith in urself.. to help surive ur own marriage.... n use her strength
second example... Kannan and Angad concert... just cuz he saw sheetal talking to the photographer and gave her some photographs ... doesnt mean it was the same photograph that was taken a few minutes ago... coming down aggressively n slapping a women... having no control of ur emotion... where does it make u stand..... Just because he is a man doesnt give him a right to raise a hand on women....He 4got that sheetal is also someones daughter.... somones sister.... would he like the same thing happen to his sister... u lost ur control n u hit a women.... Had a women hit a man its a huge issue ... but just because she was women ... she should have taken the assualt.....
What Angad used was domestic violence on a women.. who was half the size of him... .domestic violence is known by many names including domestic abuse, domestic assault, woman abuse, male beating and so on...Silenced by their culture large populations of women in India tolerate abuse and subsequent death because of the abuse ..... Too often, verbal and emotional abuse is mistaken n they have farther more effect on women then they do have on men... In this case ... sheetal stood up to her rights... because she was provided by a doctors proof that the actually rape happened.. she wasnt going to silent about
Next time ..... Angad had actually hit her .... n even used his "so called man power".... women are weaker in terms of physical strength.... n sheetal couldnt Do anythnig.... n that fact remains that he wasnt guilty of it ... he came to apologize for his wife sakes... that implies he did believe wht he did was right ....
Last n Final time ... the reason why this case is here....
Angad not only mentally/physically but emotionally he injured sheetal... by using aggression.... his physical strength... he had not only hurt Sheetal from the outer part but from inside too.... If any women... is hit ... by their husband... then u will always have the emotional wound with u for years.... Sheetal wasnt even related... raising a hand on a women .. even raising ur voice on her... u have no right wht so ever.... The proof that was presented to sheetal was that she was actually raped...usually when there is physcial/domesitic violence used on women. they are usually in state of shock... denial.. that it had actually happend to them.... but she knew she was being abused by Angad .... n wanted him to be punished for it..... because after that no one came in the room... except him who had left her in a helpless condition..... there isnt sufficent information that he didnt commit the crime....
Angad had he being innocent.... u wont have forged the forensic report...... it proves that u were guilty n thats why u did it ...
Angad khanna frankly never gave options for sheetal to believe in him that he was not an abuser or man who was cheating on his wife... when his wife gave birth to the child.. he lied to her that he went out for a walk.... he lied to her about staying in a party when u went to misti.....For any women ... it doesnt give enough proof/evidence that the man who was a Casanova in his time .. would acutally care about the feelings of others.... If u were so innocent... then u should stand up ... that u did commit the mistake of using physical strenth on a women

In such a case, I ask of you all, would Mr. Angad Khanna risk and degrade his prestigious reputation as a rockstar and his family's love and his fatherhood over his own wife's best friend, Ms. Sheetal?
Mr. Angad Khanna has been a celebrity who has been in the eyes of the public for a very long time and has no reason to suddenly besmirch the public's view of him, especially because he not only has to financially support his baby girl and wife, but also has to financially support the Khanna music company. My client, Mr. Khanna has been the main attraction and focus of the Khanna music company since it has been established. His superstar status, his concerts, and his albums have been the solid financial basis of the Khanna music company. In fact, if I may bring to everyone's attendtion, to a point in time when Mr. Angad Khanna's career took a turn for the worst , the Khanna music company suffered heavy losses with his career. In such a condition, the Khanna family solely depended on Mrs. Kripa Khanna and her rising stardom.
However, now that Mrs. Kripa Khanna has delivered , she has put her family as top priority and as such, Mr.Angad Khanna has to be the breadwinner for his joint family. My client is a smart, educated man who has been in the music industry for a very long time and knows the ways of the music industry and he knows very well that any stain on his reputation will bring down his fan following, because he knows very well how highly esteemed he is among his fan base. If his fan following will decrease, his album sales will decrease, and the Khanna music company would suffer as a result, and inevitably so would the Khanna family.
Mr. Angad Khanna is a responsible son, brother, and husband and he would never risk his family's financial balance and their trust for someone he does not even know that well! Mr. Khanna only knows Ms. Sheetal through his wife Mrs. Kripa Khanna. He has no other relationship with her. To my client, Mr. Angad Khanna, the well-being of his joint family, financially, physically, and emotionally, is of top priority and he would not jeapordize that.
As I mentioned earlier, Mr. Angad Khanna is now a father and loves her dearly, as he does his wife, Mrs. Kripa Khanna. He loves them so much so that they are the four corners of his world; I ask you all, why would he shatter his own world?
Mr. Angad Khanna is a family man and take his familial responsibilities very seriously, with no motivation at all to rape Ms. Sheetal.
Ms. Sheetal has accused my client of raping her. Why would Mr. Angad Khanna do so? He has no motive to have and all the reasons to not have. In fact, if Ms. Sheetal was ever raped by my client, there should be a sign of himself on her. But your honor(s) there is no such evidence! Ms. Sheetal has been tested and inspected for any signs of rape, and while the tests resulted positive, any signs of Mr. Angad Khanna's physicality has not been found on her. In fact, any bodily fluids found and physical signs do not match Mr. Angad Khanna's DNA sample!
Ms. Sheetal's disgraceful claim that my client Mr. Angad Khanna has raped her has no basis and therefore false. She is defiling Mr. Angad Khanna's name and reputation and most importantly his marriage! She is trying to create distrust between my client Angad Khanna and his wife Mrs. Kripa Khanna. But why? Because your honor(s) she has a personal agenda against Angad Khanna because she does not get along with him. Mr. Angad Khanna is a human being after all, and cannot be on friendly terms with everyone. But Ms. Sheetal has taken things personally and is seeking revenge against Mr. Angad Khanna
for insignificant misunderstanding!
Your honor(s) and the audience, my client Mr. Angad Khanna is a man given the name of a rockstar and the responsibility of a joint family, along with the responsiblity of the Khanna music company. He has both financial and emotional responsiblities towards his family and fans and he has never turned his back on either, and he still hasn't turned his back on either. The plaintiff's claim that Mr. Angad Khanna has raped her is false and has no basis but to seek revenge against Mr. Angad Khanna for petty misunderstandings.
