Yeah Megz di u r right. U r not being rude at all. Actually I think people don't see announcemenets so din't know about this. So I think u should make Mumu di's topic sticky instead of mking it a announcement.

I can help people in making banner but I don't know to make any banners at all. 🤢

this cud also be one reason.. Contest was put up in announecements due to no space in sticky.. and lot of members cud have missed it as well..

How to send it? Well you upload it on www.tinypic.com or http://www.imageshack.us/ ..and den u give us the link ..or u can copy and paste the whole banner and PM it to living.doll or samie.
