Manek, A strong Character!!! don't zonk me, but I never thought so. I disliked the guy from day one, when he agreed to do a lousy job for Angads defense, and since the one year leap, he and AniTTaH seemed to have been reduced to doing promo's for Sony's other shows.....so I don't really see the strong character there.

Uff!!! Great points T!!! As for Aaliyah and Angad's behaviour, to be honest, I never picked up on that point, but now that you mention it, it is rather strange, since the last time they left off, was when she was forced to testify against him and he got sentenced to jail. It would have been nice and heartwarming to see the two of them have a heart-to-heart talk. As for her forgiving him, I think that silent conversation they had at Josh's funeral covered that....Angad knew that Aaliyah didn't blame him, thats why he was so protective over her during her testimony in his trial.


As for your second point. I agree that Angad is indeed GORGEOUS!!! However, as for him knowing exactly what Manek's role was, I'm not so sure he does. Yeah, he does know that Manek backed out of the case, but like everyone else, he thinks that Manek did so, 'cause he didn't believe Angad and didn't want to defend a liar.........a load of hogwash, I know, but that's what he said at the time. Angad knows that Prithvi is Josh's murderer, but no-one else besides Shabir and Simone knows that.....not even Manek.

As for Angad trusting Manke over Kripa.......well, hasn't this been A-K's biggest fault. The fact that they always trust the wrong people instead of each other, and that they never seem to communicate before jumping to conclusions and showing their claws to one another by hurling accusations, ultimatums threats. And Angad is going to learn the hard way, when Manek's truth is reavealed, just like Kripa is going to see Prithvi's true colours pretty soon, and then they will both once again lament the fact that they never seem to trust eachother enough.


Sigh!! What a sorry state of affairs these two are right now. The only thing keeping me remotely intersted is that Prithvi is going to be outed as the villianous monster that he is and that he will be going to the loony bin........though the gallows would be more comforting for me.

Well, you could be right about this, but that would be giving the K-team too much credit for thinking into the future plot line. I don't think he was planning to save Kripa from the future wrath of his mom. He seemed to have done the whole food lacing thing as a joke, and seemed pretty non-plussed to see Naina there, and I think he just made the most of the situation at hand. My worry is what will angad do to her once he knows what Kripa did. After all, she did belittle his manliness and his status as a guy...........I fully expected the explosions of massive proportions yesterday, and all we got was a fire-cracker that just fizzled out.

Plus, is it me or does Manek seem to have done a volte face overnite: i mean -with the earlier version we got the feeling that this guy had street smarts to take the rite cases for the rite projection and money. When he got engaged to anitah , it just seemed like a poor decision - but the 'sleaze' angle was missing ... how come he never made a go for the sultry Mishty or even kripa : these dames were there for the eve-teasing (albeit with their brothers and hubbys)??? Now he just 'feels' the need to paw Aaliyah & moreover , nobody notices????
