Before I start, I just want to share some of my feelings about the show.. First of all, I love clean-shaven Angad, and I love the way he teases Kripa. It renders me speechless, and brings a smile across my face. I absolutely adore A-K. I can't even explain. I know it's only a show, but A-K are like a light that brightens even the darkest days of my life. I'm glad Ekta brought Iq-Neha together in this beautiful show..
And now on to my quotes..
For Angad:
"Not all who wander are lost."
~J.R.R. Tolkien
Angad has just proved this quote true. At first, I thought Angad had lost it too, with his 180 degree turn from his revenge mode to his love-dovey side, but today's episode cleared it up.. Angad knows where exactly he's going. He just doesn't know that his revenge looks more like love..
For Prithvi:
"What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal."
~Albert Pike
I think this is the reason I (or we) feel somewhat sympathetic for this character, despite the horrific sins he has committed. It's simply because of his previous selflessness..what he did for Kripa was very touching, and it will remain true and immortal, no matter how much he changes..
For A-K:
"Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe."
~Saint Augustine
At first I didn't get why Angad wants revenge from Kripa, when he KNOWS that Prithvi split them up, but I guess he still thinks that Kripa betrayed him. He should have trust in Kripa, and realize that she wouldn't do something like that.. and in a way, I think he does know.. but the fire within him won't extinguish, unless someone slaps him out of his revenge mode.. or should I say denial mode?
And Kripa, the day you find the truth out, tears won't even come out of your eyes. You should have had more faith in Angad, and not sent him in jail in such a haste. You're going to face the real breakdown when Angad says "No" to you.
ENJOY!
Love,
Sunita
