Actually I do feel that there was a veiled reference to him wanting to punish Prithvi....I don't remember the exact dialogue, but didn't he say you crossed your limits and I'll forgive you everything but not this....I know he was talking about the grabbing of his shirt, but the double entendre was there, at least it was for me.
