T he hottest jodi on telly, Rajeev Khandelwal and Aamna Sharif, have scoffed at rumours that a television channel is planning to start a show with them. It's all hearsay, baby "It's a rumour.. we are not working together in any serial right now," says Rajeev. "The promo being aired is from a pilot episode of a show called Hum Do Humare Nau. It has nothing to do with our come- back," Aamna states categori- cally. Who was the producer? Hum Do Humare Nau's pilot episode was shot when the two were acting in Kahiin To Hoga. The channel for Hum Do… hadn't been decided. "It did not take off. I don't even remember the producers of the show," laughs Aamna. Rajeev admits that if the comeback doesn't happen, their fans will be disappointed. Both feel that the media is play- ing with the emotions of their fans. Romance rekindled The question is: will they work again? "Of course, yes.. if there is a suitable role, I'm sure even Aamna would go for it," Rajeev states. It may be recalled that the two have denied seeing each other, though there has always been a strong buzz of their off- screen romance. rghosh@hindustantimes.com
