could someone explain exactly who is Ekta Kapoor and her job. i have a jist that she is the director of serials shown on star plus but im saying this without being sure.

does ekta be at each shoot, is she the one who tells aamna for example how to act and advice??

who is she exactly, because i have seen her in the awards and an phot of her with aamna. and most importantly i have seeen her name as subtitles during her serials her viewed

Ekta J Kapoor, born on June 7, 1975, is the creative head of Balaji Telefilms. She is the daughter of the legendary Indian actor Jeetendra and sister of current actor Tusshar Kapoor.

Ekta Kapoor has produced and co-produced numerous soap operas, television series and films. Her most famous television venture has been Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which started airing on STAR Plus in 2000.
