Thats Humayun saied. This picture was taken during the shooting of the pakistani serial where Nausheen and Aman Verma also did a role.

yes he is humayun saeed.he is a very gud & popular actor of pakistan,& also my favourite.amna worked with him in a pakistani serial ANA.aren't they luking cute?? 😳 😳
