1. Please make one dish that has the following in it .

Karela , pumpkin, milk, chicken, orange juice, potato, onion, raddish and egg

What will you name the dish and what is the recipe instructions for making it.

😆😆 Adi i will make this very dish when yu come to kharagpur next and make yu eat it.

ok here's the dish and its recipe.

Cut the onions 1st. now grate out the karela. and keep it to marinate in the orange juice. in the meantime boil the potatoes,raddish, chicken(i am taking it to deboned) and the pumpkin and mash them all. take the milk preferably condensed milk and keep it aside. sieve out the karela from the orange juice. now heat oil in a pan and add the onion. fry them till brown and add the karela to it. then add little bit of the condensed milk and make a gravy. keep this gravy aside.

now make small balls of the mashed vegetables wth the chicken. again heat oil and deep fry the balls in it with a coating of egg. keep the fried balls of chicken and vegetable in a bowl and pour the gravy on it. now heat it on low flame. yur food is ready to be eaten.

yu want a name for this. how about karela upar chicken chara.
