If you see Ekta has shown that three people are the suspects.
First suspect is Siddarath as he is acting weirdly these days and is also hiding few things.

Second suspect is Karthik,he told Kashish he could not catch the man but could find the collar of his shirt.Also while drinking tea or coffee he spills it in his coat then how he comes to know that the shirt was made by Altaf tailor.
Third suspect is Shipra she wants the property so she might have killed Bauji to get his property.

I watched the video of Bauji's death and found that the person who gave him the inhaler was wearing a ring, and
I found that Sujal was wearing the same ring.It is confusing to tell who is the killer.
