Bauji...not that bad

after seeing the last 2 episodes i think bauji is not that bad as he scoldes Karthic when he is wrong and is behaving well with Kashish and he gave her a big project and also gave her the option to leave it if she is uncomfortale workin with him or Karthic and he thinks Kashish is a nice girl.now we dont see with girls aswell.i guess kashish changed him but Kanan is so discussing.how can she even link kashish with bauji.
