The loyal friend and the tough boss Ekta Kapoor was recently plagued by media-hyped KONTROVERSIES.She tells GR8! how she is totally surprised at being the centre of all this unwanted media attention.
While Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms is busy churning out mean family dramas,in real life too the offices of Balaji are booming with new controversies,weekly,if not daily-mostly involving her relationship with some of her key actors.

Controversy No 3-Actors who take interest in creative workings of Balaji soaps have burnt their fingers.the case of Rajeev Khandelwal who,when not happy with the way his charcter was shpaing up,suggested some changes.The idea didnt go well with the final authority-Ekta.Even though Rajeev's popularity reached dizzying heights Ekta maintained her stance-"No one is irreplacable."
According to media reports,Rajeev SMSed Ekta about wanting to reappear as Sujal in Kahiin To Hoga,but Rajeev rubbishes it,"Whatever Ekta says about me is nothng else but just freedom of speech.I like it when i see my name in the big headine of Ekta's interview.I am happy that teen saal mein maine itna naam kamaya.For me the chapter of Kahiin To Hoga has closed... tomorrow,if she offers me another serial I will be most happy to do so if it is a good role.I have never said that I wil not work with her."
Ekta makes it clear,"I dont understand how can somebody who is just acting in a show talk abt the creativity of the show?If the show has given u so much it is only because of the creative team so I disagreed with his point of view on my creative team which i think is outstanding."
Will the heart-throb of million babes be seen in any of her soaps in the future?
"Frankly not!I wish him all the best in what he is doing in life but my chapter with Rajeev Khandelwal is over!"declares the tough task master.
It was clear that her characters are more important than her actors whom she has made popular.But it appears that Ekta is the chosen one in the CONTROVERSIES DEPARTMENT.....so here we go...
