yes rishi is the one who did this as others will think that kashish didnt pay the money though she had it in her account

I believe SujalFan Rishi took the money. He the is ideal person to take it, it just something Rishi is capable of. It works with his plans to ruin Kashish.

yh i think it's rishi. i don't think he carews that suj will be hurt. coz when he created misunderstandings btween kash and suj, and kash got married 2 piyush coz of him. he new that suj was gonna get terribly hurt. he even saw how bad suj was feeling. rishi didn't care.
