When will I start a family?
Kahiin To Hoga's Swayam says he dedicates 10 hours a day to the show

Kahiin To Hoga has changed Vikas Sethi's life. The man has become a household name and he couldn't be happier for it. "Very frankly, I don't know where I'd have gone next if it wasn't for Kahiin To Hoga," says Vikas who is shooting non-stop for his one-and-only serial.
Vikas sighs, "I work ten hours a day on this soap. Playing Swayam has become second life for me. Sometimes I forget my own name. When my wife calls out for me I forget who Vikas is. Even in public I'm known as Swayam."
Is it a case of identity crisis? "Not really. It's more like finally finding my identity. Before Ekta gave me Kahiin To Hoga, I was struggling for movie offers. I had a tough time meeting producers, let alone signing films. I had reached a point where I had begun to wonder if I was that bad. The film industry welcomes only well-connected actors. I can't remember the last time an outsider made it, except John Abraham," observes Sethi, who played 'Poo' Kareena Kapoor's duh -date Robbie in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
"I believe the same role had been offered to John," grins Vikas. "It's all destiny."
Unlike the other wannabe screen- star Iqbal Khan who has found sudden stardom in Ekta Kapoor's serial, Vikas Sethi is still hopeful about the big screen. "Movies are movies. You can't compare it with the success on television . It's like comparing a sandwich at the roadside with a meal in a 5-star restaurant."
But Vikas isn't willing to trade his new success with any old throwaway role in movies. Nor is he willing to spread himself thinly on TV. "I'll do only one soap at a time, no more. Earlier I've done just two other serials. This is my third. I've no plans of doing others. Where's the time? I get paid decently and my role is interesting. I like being on the brink every day. I don't know which way my character will topple over."
What about the tales of great camaraderie on the sets of the daily soaps? "It is hogwash! Who has the time to make friends while shooting a daily? You're either in a shot or getting ready for one. After work I just go home and crash," says Sethi whose wife is an air hostess. "Either she's flying or I'm shooting. We're hardly together. I wonder when we'll get the time to start a family?"
