Update:
Lalith meets vasu and rebukes her on the behaviour with kashish. vasu
says kashish is in love with sujal coz of which she has forgiven him
for piyush's murder. Lalith says sujal is innocent and kashish
doesn't want any injustice against him that is why she is fighting
for him, it doesn't mean she cares less about piyush. vasu says all
she knows is kashish loves sujal and she cant live without him but
she will make sure sujal is punished in piyush's murder.
Mehak meets veena and says though kashish's deeds cant be forgiven
she never intended to hurt the family. mehak asks if veena can
forgive kashish and give her another chance. Veena says if she has to
forgive kashish tehn she has to forget all the pain that sujal has
gone through and is going through coz of her, which she can never.
(aunty ur son has never been happier than he is now in jail.) Veena
says the women in her might forgive kashish but not the mother in
her… if she forgives kashish she will never forgive herself. Veena
leaves.
In Simla Jail:
Kashish comes to meet sujal and Sujal is so very happy to see her
there. Kashish removes a Tiffin box from her bag. She has got food
for him. she puts her hand through the bars and her bangles break and
prick her.(what does that mean?) Sujal gets all hyper seeing the
blood… he sucks the blood and kashish keeps looking at him. thoda sa
pyar on the back ground. Sujal asks her why she got food, she says
the food in the jail is very bad.. how does he manage to stay there..
sujal says if she is going to take care of him like this he is
prepared to stay behind the bar all his life. kashish closes his
mouth and say don't even think like that coz she wont let that
happen… she will bail him out. Rishi came and applauded kashish and
says he will not spare her this time. Sujal yells at rishi to keep
quiet. Rishi says after all this he will not keep quiet. Rishi goes
promising he will get his Big B out. Sujal tells kashish that he is
sorry for Rishi's behaviour. Kashish says this time rishi isn't
wrong. She tells him that Rishi really loves and cares for his Big
B. Sujal gives an unbelievable look… she tells him to trust her.
kashish wants to sujal to eat… by then the constable came and said
the time is over. Both Sujal and Kashish are disappointed. Kashish
leaves asking him to eat and take care of himself.
Rishi is prowling up and down the room. Kashish comes to meet him.
she tells him she is here to apologize to him. rishi is amused.
Kashish says she proved him wrong all the time but the truth is she
has been wrong all the time, she says she wants his help to save
sujal. Rishi agrees saying that he is with her but it is only for Big
B.. kashish says that is enough for her.
Rewa calls up swayam and tells him to get akshat to join him in the
business. Swayam agrees though he senses his mom is hiding something
from him. he says he will get akshat to work with him if that is what
she wants. Swayam is surprised coz she always wanted akshat and
swayam to have separate careers.
Akshat is working on sujal's case when swayam comes over to meet him.
swayam asks him to join this business. Akshat says they can never be
business partners coz their principles are totally different. Akshat
says unlike swayam he values relationship. He reminds swayam that he
doesn't have any relationship in his life (akshat was that
necessary.. to talk about lagao? Agar kashish se dil lage hogaye..
tho…) swayam says relationships doent give luxury.. akshat says there
is no use of luxuries without relationship. Swayam says it was their
mom's idea that they should become business partners. Akshat is
surprised wonders why does his mom have problems with his friendship
with sujal.
Kashish comes over to akshat's house and they are to go to meet iwb's
ceo. Kashish says she will confess that she has done everything and
will get sujal out at any cost. She says she will return the money
that is lying in her account. Akshat is happy to see Mrs.Kashish
Garewal in front of him.
They come to Iwb's office and kashish confesses to all her doing. and
the ceo says she is doing this to save her husband. Kashish says
nothing like that she is at fault. She says she will give back the
money. The ceo says they cant back out coz it is their reputation at
stake and more over they will win the case and they aren't interested
in an out of the court settlement. Kashish says fine they will save
sujal at anycost but Iwb will loss 50 crores. The ceo at once gives
in and says they will withdraw the case if they give a 50 crores
demand draft. Kashish agrees and tell him to arrange for the
withdrawal of the case. Akshat is stunned at kashish's antics. Akshat
tells her that she should have been a lawyer. Kashish says necessity
teaches one everything.
Akshat says he was work at the office and kashish says she will go
and get the demand daraft. Kashish comes to the bank and gives the
from for the draft. The bank clerk processes the draft and informs
her that there is a problem. The Balance in her account is NIL.
Kashish is shocked.

Brilliant… it is vasu's wicked brains at work I think. It must have
been piyush's trust fund which can be accessed by vasu also. I don't
know what will happen… swayam seems the only option to me. Anyway
sujal in jail doesn't bug me.. I have never seen him more relaxed and
happy.
