Kashish run towards the and goes and lands herself near the mechanics shop on the highway. The mechanic tells her that his shop has been there for 13 years. Kashish asks him about the accident. As it always has to happen - the mechanic was the very mechanic who was with sujal and took piyush to the hospital. he tells her that Sujal and he got piyush out from the khai. Then they went to a Private Nursing Home where the doctors say that its a private nursing home and its a police case- as a principle they dont accept such case. Mechanic goes on and says that they went a sarkari hospital 1 hour from there and there they found that the hospital didnt have an MRI Room and Piyush needed an MRI as he had multiple head injuries. They have to go to another hospital which is 25 minutes from the accident. Mechanic says takdeer ke aage kissi ki nahin jhukti islie jo 20 minute ka safar tha hospital pahunchne mein usse der ghante lage. (hello mechanic just calculated the distance and not the actual waiting time in the hospital neways nice mechanic - imagine jo batein uski apni behene na samjha saki usse ek hi pal mein ek mechanic ne samjha diya!!! god bless this mechanic!!!)

Kashish in tears and is taken back when the mechanic says shayad bahut hi gharee dosti thi unki isliye piyush ji ne sujal ko apna ring diya unhe aur kaha ki isse apne se door kabhi na jaana dena aur kiisi kashish ka bhi naam le rahe the - keh rahe the ki kashish ka dhyan rakhna. Kashish in tears as she has flashbacks of the past when sujal proposes to her on piyushs teravi.

kashish is in tears and is walking on the highway with all flashbacks coming to her mind - rishi saying that shes selfish , veena saying mera beta galat nahin hain, mahek saying shes made a big mistake, akshat saying she should give another chance to Sujal, Police Hawaldar saying Sodhi is a wanted one and the dhabha guy saying that sodhi came into work after piyushs accident, sodhi telling her that he lied coz a woman gave him lots of money and sujal telling her that she loves him and him only...Its snowing and kashish covers her face with her hands suddenly realising that its sujals case that day.

In the Court, the Garewals & Rahejas are present in full force. Veena, CG & Rishi are outside and meet sujal. ( looking very cute with ruffled and unkept looks !!)Rishi is not happy seeing sujal like that. says bb and its sujal case hearing.

Kashish is asking for the cars to stop in the snow. (Funny thing is that while its snowing on the highway, its bright and sunny in the court !!!). Kashish stops a car, begs the driver to go fast, gets out of the car and runs out when there is a traffic jam (aisa yeh nasha hai sujal ke pyar ka !!!- ).

Vasu comes in for the hearing and says i have come to see my sons murderer go to jail. (pata nahin uske safed jaise face kaun se rang ke ho jayenge when she realises that sujal is not the murderer). Veena looks upset. In the courtroom, mr kapoors lawyer investigates the charges, he submits proofs. Mr Kapoor is called for questioning by Akshat. says that since sujal was a well known figure he didnt feel the need to meet him before signining any deal as he always does. Rishi brings Mr. Rai to court and Sujal accepts his crime. says he signed the paper, he was aware of the advance etc. everyone shocked and in tears. looks as if they knew that sujal was lying.vasu happy. Prosecutre lawyer says sujal ke beyan se fraud charges hold true and is jurm mein usse kadi se kadi saaza milne chahiye.

Just then kashish enters and shakes her head saying sujal. Everyone turn and are shocked to see kashish. Including Sujal.
