i think they have already started liking each other and soon will become friends....b/c kanav who did every thing possible to make kinju suffer....now going after her asking her to join the office and helping her and fighting for her....and kinju who strickly considered kanav as a boss...is now sharing cute smiles and stearing sessions with him....so i'd say kajal will fall for each other through eyes....
