17th July Written Update

Gunn's turn' She says that the whole AG family was called in as witnesses and asked many questions' She says she wants to ask PL that where is it proved that Om Agarwal murdered Tanu' Is there any proof for any of their statements? Gunn says that among these people some said OA hated Andy and also that he scolded Tanu that night' Of course yes, it is true' And also OA was also tensed and worried on losing all his properties' But where is it proving that OA has murdered Tanu' She asks the PL whether she has any proof? PL smiles sarcastically' (Oh oh' Kaheen kuch last minute sabot to nahi rakha hai naa, jise jhootha saabit nahi kiya jaa sakta!?!?) Gunn hten raises the question to the judge as to then on what basis was her client OA arrested? On what evidence base is he said as been a murdered?

Just then outside the court' We see our mystery lady wearing the usual black and red saree entering the court, wearing a scarf! Emphasis on big diamond ring and diamond watch! (Got it KGGKians? A rich dangerous vamp! Humari samajh me itni bhi nahi aati kya?)

Katya claps her hands and says that perfectly this is an argument'. Katya says' A case for whose judgemen the whole country is waiting' A case which is almost solved'. But my dear friend, efficient friend here has some quotes which are very good to see and hear, and is trying to pull the case very big! Katya says that just like before I need only minutes to solve this case' She says that all the evidences and situations point out that if any one could murder the two, then other than Om Agarwal it could be no one' So murder has happened' Not only one, but two' So what should be done? So do we release Om Agarwal thinking that someone from the sky dropped in as murdered? No way! I would like to repeat all the situations'

Gunn interjects raising objection that PL is repeating the same things again and again and wasting the court's time' Katya says she has no other intentions other than to bring out the truth' And now she would prove all her statements with evidences' Objection is over ruled' Gunn is frustrated'

Point 1: That night Om Agarwal scolded Tanu and threatened to kill her too!

Point 2: Tanu Agarwal's room key was in Om Agarwal's room whose access was wasy for him!

Point 3: Om Agarwal was missing from his room for few minutes that night, which OS had tried very efficiently to hide from the police' Also after Tanu's death the very first person to doubt Andy was OA!

Point 4: The go down in which Andy's body was found was no one else's but Om Agarwal's! (Haila! Ye kab hua? Hmm' Cooking up the story now only, isliye bataya nahi tab ki godown kiska hai? Waise'. Ab vo shayad Vijay Agarwal ka hai naa?) The same Andy who was the son of my client Vijay Agarwal!

Point 5: Andy's death was given the face of suicide so that Om Agarwal could easily escape the clutches of the police!

Gunn raises objection saying that reports say that Tanu and Andy's death reason was a special type of poison, which only a photographer can use' How can a common man get it?

Katya says that she was about to come to that point'. It is been said in the court again and again that the chemical is used by photographers' But why didn't OA not think at least once to tell the court that the chemical was used in his factory too? (Are phir se de maari twist?!!?? Again... Factory Vijay Agarwal ka hai, Katya!) AG's stunned!

Katya continues that maybe now he is not the owner of the company, but it wouldn't be tough to get that chemical! Katya shouts at him to tell didn't he know anything about the chemical? Cannot he gain access to that chemical even today? Om agrees' AG's shocked!

(Lekin Kamal aur Vikram kyun shocked the? Vo bhi to business sambhaalte the, to unhe bhi pata hona chahiye tha naa! Oh ho creatives! Blooper ki bhi had hoti hai! Katya asks still does any one has any doubts in their minds? That night there were 18 family members and 2 servants in the house' (Haila lo' Humara sabse pooranana doubt poora hua' 18 people!?!?!? Even then someone comes in, goes to OA's room, steals Tanu Agarwal's room key' The person makes Tanu Agarwal drink the poisonos milkshake and exactly one week later Andy is found dead in the godown! Is there any ounce of truth in this?

So all situations indicate that some one from the AG family only killed Tanu and that family member is'..

We hear a 'I am!'

Everyone shocked looked about and see that Paro takes the blame on herself! After lots of thunders and black white images Paro gets up and accepts that she killed Tanu and Andy! There is hustle in the court' Judge orders and tells her to come to witness box to say anything!

Then Paro says that she isn't here to waste the court's time but to agree her crime' Gunn tries to intervene, but Paro tells the judge that she first wants one thing clear that no one stops her in between her statement' Once she finished any one can ask anything to her' Judge order and Gunn sits upset!

Paro says that the first matter is why did I kill Tanu? The problem is that Tanu was going very out of hand and eas becoming a threat to their family's principles and respect'. To stop further problems we decided to get h er married but she ran away from the house' I tried to console her, to make her understand but she was like not to listen to us' Even during our anniversary night she did some shameful deeds which was the limit' And all that showed that she would never change or didn't want to change'. Before the society could call Tanu shameless, indecent girl and before the family's respect became a stake, it was important to stop her' Gunn is worried' That night if we hadn't stopped Tanu everyone would have pointed fingers at her' So I stopped her!

Paro says that night when I woke up I saw Om wasn't beside me' Flashback shown' I knew that when Om was worried he used to take a walk in the gardens' So I decided to make use of the opportunity'. I knew that Om used some dangeros chemicals in his company' So I went to the store room, got one bottle' Went to the kitchen, made some milk shake' After a lot of persuading and talks Tanu agreed to drink the milk shake!
