KGGK help needed

I have now Star plus with my dish, I used to watch this serial before maybe last year. I am confused now.

The last part that I saw last year , was when Parvita entered her house after so many year , with the help of Irona Irani. And at that time there was another lady who was vilain.

What happen to her? How Om is back? Who are those new faces? And the Dadi was in the wheel chair , how she is walking? I really need help to explain me , I checked into the update but it will take me days and days to read . So if someone can tell me, I will really appreciated. 😊
