Mansi Parekh gets complimented by Sakshi Tanwar
Mansi Parekh, who plays Bubbly in Remote Control recently received a nice compliment from Sakshi Tanwar. Mansi who is overjoyed at being praised by Tanwar, says she is equally over the top on even being recognised by the senior actress.
Talking about the compliment Mansi says, "I met Sakshi at a party. This was the second time I was meeting her and I thought that she would not recognise me at all. But she did and also complimented me by saying that I was doing a good job and should keep it up. She added that she had also seen me in my new commercials and had watched the show."
A thrilled Mansi added, "I have a lot of respect for her and was happy to hear all that. She's one of my favourite actresses on TV. I feel she conducts herself very nicely in the show and is very dignified in her work. I was little surprised to hear her praising me. It was very sweet of her and I thanked her for it. Generally a woman never compliments another woman. As far as co-stars are concern, I have been lucky to have such good co-stars."
Apart from that Mansi has been busy hosting a music show for Zee Next.
She says, "I am hosting the show Rock Dhun. It is a 30 minute music airs on Friday and Saturday. Since I love music, I really enjoy hosting this amazing show."
Recently Mansi's show Four was pulled of the air. She says, "I do not know what happened exactly. It was fun show and I had good time with entire team of the show. The treatment of the show was very different and the subject was also interesting. However what I heard is that the channel's programming team changed, which resulted in the show being pulled off air. It ended suddenly so I do not know why."
Apart from acting Mansi is trained singer and writes poem. She plans to put use these talents as she will soon do a musical play." I am part of a musical play. We are starting rehearsals next week. There are lots of popular TV couples in this play. I am not allowed to reveal the details about the play. The play will premiere next month and will show case a love story in musical way. It has a unique concept. The first show will be in Mumbai and then we will think about shows in rest of the country."
