Previously on Vansh Katha – Grand Finale Part I
Nithika warns Poornima and the others not to go ahead with their plan to destroy Vansh and states that she is with her brother. Sidharth asks Vansh for forgiveness but he refuses. Bindiya insults Kaveri and reminds her that the house belongs to her and Nithika. Kaveri finds out from Nithika that Charith is scheming with Poornima and the others to get back at Vansh. Devyani tells Vansh the truth and helps him realize that Shastra has been behind the breakup between him and Tariksha. Shastra's true face is revealed and Tariksha slaps her. Vansh asks her to leave Singhania Mansion and she goes straight to Poornima and says that she is now with her in her battle against Vansh.

The Grand Finale Part II
Vansh and Tariksha share a romantic moment together and they talk about the time they spent apart from each other. Tariksha says that she will never let anything else come between them from now on. Vansh says that now only death can separate them and Tariksha tells him not to talk like that. Vansh tells Tariksha that he doesn't know why he feels like something bad is going to happen. Tariksha says that something bad WILL happen but only to those who did wrong to him and his mother.
Meanwhile at Devyani's house she gets a call from someone who gives her some unexpected news. She tells the person on the other end of the phone to lie low for a few more days because they can't risk exposing the truth yet. She says that if the truth comes out now then the wrong-doers will never be punished for their heinous crime. She says that she will fly down to Goa ASAP and make sure everything is under control.
The next day at Vidhya's house Poornima is seen holding a gun. Shastra walks into the room and asks her what she's doing with a gun. Poornima says that she has explored every option and now all that's left for her to do is to kill Vansh. Shastra tells Poornima not to act stupid. She says that Sidharth and Nithika will never forgive her and will make sure she goes to jail if Vansh dies. Poornima says that she has already lost her family because of Vansh and now the time has come to give Vansh the one thing he wants more than anything else in the world. Another chance to meet his mother again… In heaven!
At the Patel mansion everyone comes downstairs for breakfast. Charith starts to walk to the chair at the head of the table and just then Manav goes there and sits down. Dharm shouts at Manav and tells him that this is no way to behave in front of their father. Manav says that he thought his father was a just an honest man who punished guilty people and set innocent people free. But now he has found out that this own father has used the law to his advantage and taken a woman's life away from her. Nithika adds to this and says that if Charith had learned from his mistakes then he wouldn't be conspiring with Poornima to hurt Vansh again. Charith says that he doesn't owe anyone in this house any explanation and all he knows is that he made a big mistake in thinking that his bahus were her betis and giving them this house. Bindiya then says that he made the right decision but Dharm made the wrong decision in bringing Charith and Kaveri back home. Dharm tells Bindiya that if she doesn't have anything nice to say to his parents then she should keep her mouth shut. Bindiya tells Dharm that she is not like his mother who kept her mouth shut all those years ago when injustice was being done to Anuradha Rao. Charith screams out that he doesn't want that woman's name mentioned in this house. However, Nithika tells him that this house is theirs and they can use Anuradha's name in it whenever they want to. Charith gets fed up and leaves the breakfast table.
Kaveri turns to Bindiya and Nithika and tells them that they are heartless women who have no sympathy for an old man who just wants to live the rest of his life free of scandal. Manav then tells his mother that if that was the case Charith wouldn't be plotting something against Vansh all over again. Nithika then says that they have already taken Vansh's mother away from him and asks what else is left to take.
"His life!" Poornima tells Vidhya who seems to be getting better everyday. Vidhya tells Poornima not to do anything stupid because Vansh calculated all of his moves before he made his attack and now they have to think like him and act the same way. Poornima says that she is sick and tired of waiting for the right moment because it will never come. Vidhya tells Poornima that Vansh waited a long time before he started taking revenge on them and now they have to learn to be patient before they can do the same to him.
Just then Gupta walks in and tells Poornima that Vidhya is right and they have to wait for the right time to attack. Poornima asks Gupta if he managed to find anything that they will be able to use against Vansh and Gupta tells her no. Poornima says that this is what she's talking about, they will search for the rest of their lives and they will get miserable in the process but they will never be able to destroy Vansh and now the only way to get back at him is to kill him!
Devyani arrives in Goa and she goes straight to a large house by the beach. There she meets a man who asks her if she got the news and she says that that's why she's here. She asks how things are turning out and the man says that nothing can be said for sure right now but all they know is that what has happened has happened much faster than they anticipated it. Devyani says that now the time has come to make the final attack on the people responsible for this crime and she will make sure it happens.
Back in Bangalore Gupta goes to visit Charith and asks him how things are at home. Charith tells him that the situation is not like before because his bahus have gone against him and Dharm is the only one who's supporting him. Gupta tells Charith that in a way he feels that they're all individually paying for what they did. Kaveri walks in at that moment and says that Charith did what he did to secure his children's future but just then Nithika walks in and asks her if securing your child's future should come at the expense of someone else's life. Gupta tells Nithika that they thought much differently back then and now when they look back they wish they could change things. Nithika says that he's a liar because if he really believed what he was saying then he would apologize to Vansh and tell the police the truth which they have hidden for the past twenty years. Nithika says that she is ashamed to think that she grew up on blood money. Money that was earned through the death of her uncle, she walks away leaving the three of them stuck for words.
Devyani calls Vansh and tells him that he has to come to Goa immediately and also asks him to bring Tariksha along with him. He asks what's so important that they have to come all the way to Goa but Devyani says that she has no time to explain over the phone but that he has to come to Goa today and he needs to come as fast as he can. Vansh says ok. He then calls his secretary and tells her to book two tickets on the next flight to Goa.
At Vidhya's house, Shastra's phone rings. Vansh's secretary tells her that Vansh has just booked two tickets to Goa and plans to leave ASAP. Shastra is confused as to what can be going on. The secretary says that whatever is going on it's very important. Shastra tells the secretary that her money will be sent to her shortly. They hang up and Shastra calls Poornima.
Poornima wonders what could be so important for Vansh to go to Goa all of a sudden. She decides to go to Goa as well and get to the bottom of things. Later Vansh and Tariksha board the plane to Goa not knowing that Poornima is on the same flight.
Goa
Poornima keeps her tabs on Vansh and Tariksha and continues to follow them until they arrive at Devyani's house by the beach. Poornima watches the couple walking in and then continues to wonder what can be going on. She scouts into the garden and then notices that Devyani is there as well. She tries to figure out what the three of them could be plotting now. She then overhears Devyani telling Vansh that now it's finally time to unleash the final stage of their battle against these people because something unexpected has happened that will turn everything in their favor. Devyani goes on to tell Vansh that there is a huge truth that has been concealed from everyone for many reasons but now the time has come to uncover this truth because now they will win at last. Vansh says that he doesn't understand what Devyani is trying to say and she says that he will understand everything in due time. She says that now they have to drive somewhere and meet someone who will change the course of everything.
Poornima fears what the outcome of this might be and tells herself that she can't let Vansh and Devyani succeed in their plan and she has to make sure Vansh never achieves his goal. She swears to kill Vansh before the end of the day. She goes back to her car and hides. Not long after Vansh, Devyani and Tariksha all walk out and get into another car. They drive off and Poornima follows them.
Bangalore
At Vidhya's house she calls out to Shastra and then asks her where Poornima is. Shastra says that Poornima has followed Vansh to Goa. Vidhya says that Poornima should not have done that. She says that Poornima is stubborn and she could end up doing something that she will regret. Shastra gets worried now and wonders what might happen in Goa.
Goa
Poornima follows the car carrying her rivals to an old run down house. There she sees the trio getting down and talking to an old woman. Poornima gets off her car and sneaks in close behind to listen to the conversation. She hears the old woman telling Vansh that she has something that will destroy his enemies once and for all. She says that even they don't know this envelope exists but what lies inside this envelope will be their undoing. She hands the envelope over to Vansh and tells him that all he has to do is to take this to the police when he gets back to Bangalore and then his problems will be over once and for all. Vansh says thank you to the old lady and together with Tariksha and Devyani he gets back inside the car and they drive off. Poornima tells herself that she doesn't know what's inside that envelope but one thing's for sure, if Vansh goes back to Bangalore with that envelope then everything will be finished once and for all. She says that now she will make sure Vansh never gets on the plane to go back home and promises that she will bury him on the beaches of Goa before she lets him put her in jail.
Bangalore
Nithika is fast asleep and wakes up suddenly out of a bad dream when her phone rings. She's surprised to find that the call is from Shastra. She asks Shastra what she wants and Shastra tells her that they need to meet now before something horrible happens. Nithika asks her what has gone wrong and Shastra just asks her to come over to Vidhya's house as soon as she can because they need to stop Poornima from making a big mistake. Nithika is worried and she wakes Manav up telling him that they need to go meet Shastra because she said that Poornima might be in trouble.
Goa
Poornima manages to break into the house where Vansh and the others are staying and she looks around before going inside. She finally manages to find Vansh's room. She sees him standing next to a window and contemplating. She walks in and knocks on the door. Vansh turns around and is shocked to see her there. He asks her what she's doing there and she tells him that she has come to make sure that he will never interfere in her life again. She asks him where the envelope is and Vansh asks her what envelope. She tells him not to act coy with him and says that she has been following them all day and knows that they have something that can throw her and the others in jail. She says that she wants it now. Vansh says that she can do what she likes but he will never give her what she wants. Poornima then points a gun at Vansh.
Bangalore
Nithika and Manav reach Vidhya's house and go in to meet Shastra. When they meet Shastra tells them that Poornima has gone mad and she's now obsessed with Vansh. Nithika asks Shastra if she woke them up in the middle of the night to tell them this. Shastra then says that Poornima has followed Vansh to Goa and she is planning on killing him. Nithika and Manav are shocked and Nithika takes out her phone to call Vansh. Manav says that they have to call the police. Shastra says that she's scared of what might happen.
Goa
Vansh tells Poornima that she can sink to whatever level she wants but she will never get the envelope with the evidence from him. Poornima tells him that he can have it his way and if he wants to be stubborn then he will die. Vansh says that just because he dies doesn't mean the truth will die with him. Poornima says that she's giving him one last chance. Vansh says no. Poornima fires the gun and the bullet hits Vansh in the chest. In another room Tariksha hears the gunshot and turns around abruptly knocking over a photograph of her and Vansh shattering it into pieces.
Vansh falls dead on the floor.
