I think the creatives have forgotten tht "little" detail.
But umm i think when she says she lost everything she is referring to her self esteem....n also Adi.Shez got this misconception in her head tht after wht happened Adi wont accept her..............at least that's what i think.

it doesn't matter whether she was intimate with pranay before the rape, because that happened with her consent. but when pranay raped mets, he took away her right to decide whether she wants to be intimate with him or not. he forced himself on her with no regards to wat mets wants. by doin so he really damaged her self esteem n hurt her in the worst way a woman can ever be hurt.
