Hey everybody...i'm posting a part now, for two reasons...
1. Its Amina's b-day tomoz...n this is a present for her... 😆 lool amina! i don't have anything else to give you 😆 😆

2. I'm going on holiday for 2 weeks...so won't be able to update...

so here's the next part...ENJOY! 😳

Chapter 49

Maithili woke to the unusual bustle she heard from downstairs. She turned to Adi but found him sound asleep. She realised how her hand was clasped in his and smiled warmly. Slowly slipping her hand away, she got up. Creeping out of her room, she dropped her head to view the whole of the downstairs. Her mouth was left wide open as she continued to stare at the people below her.

"mom, dad?" she whispered to herself

"they weren't supposed ot come home till tomorrow!!"

maihtili panicked…what would shikhar papa an dmayuri mamma think of her if they found out the reality of hers and adi's marriage.

Maithili rushed into her bedroom and lay on ther bed next to adi…she lay next to him and slowly placed an arm on his arm. She knew tannu and bharat would come into her room to see what was going on, and she wouldn't let them be suspicious.

Just as she predicted, Tannu and Bharat made their way upstairs to Adi and maihtili's room.

Bharat creeked the door open and stared at adi and maihtili

B: see tannu! I told you they're In love!

T: what rubbish! I don't believe this! How can they be in love when they hated each other so much? This is all some natak!

B: but look at how maihtili di's holding adi!!

T: ha…lekin adi's not holding metz di!

As soon as tannu said that, it was almost as if adi had heard her. Turning to his side, adi's hand dropped on maithili's waist as he gently pulled her closer to him. Maihtili sighed inwardly…she had never felt so much at peace in his arms before than now.

Tannu frowned and bharat raised his eyebrow

B: ab yakeen hogaya?

T: theek hai…ab chalo!

Maihtili sighed just as Tannu and bharat were to leave the room. Tannu widened her eyes…

T: suna tumne bharat!!!

B: shhh!!! Stop shouting!!!

T: but they're awake!!! All his is natak!!! Tannu hissed at him.

Maithili tightly shut her eyes…she was caught..god save her now!..

Her wish was granted. Adi's eyes half opened and her winked at her.

She looked questioningly at him. He edged his face closer, caressing her face with his nose, his lips placing light kisses on her face. Her inhaled deeper as he continued kissing her

B: uggh!! Look tannu!!! Do you need any more proof?? They're kissing!!!

T: eww eww eww!! Ok ok…lets just go…

Tannu and bharat left, but adi didn't stop kissing maihtili's face. She opened her eyes and tried to push him off, but his strong arms wrapped round her waist, making it even more impossible for her to move.

Sliding on top of her, he stared at her for a long and endless moment. His head dipped, to caress her face once again. His head burried in between her shoulder and neck as he rested there.

M: adi… she managed to whisper his name in question

He didn't reply and simply kissed her ear.

"kehte hai…samajhdar ko ek ishaara he kafi hai…mai toh tumhe baar baar ishare dete aaraha hoon…toh tum samjhi nahi?"

Smirking, he winked at her and got up leaving her to stare at him as he made his exit

"mai kya samjhu?" she questioned herself.

Maithili came out of the shower with a towel wrapped round her and glanced round the room

M: uff! Thank god he's not in here!

Just as she said that, the door opened and adi came in.

Both stared at each other for a minute…

M: uhh…a..adi…tum yaha?

Maithili stepped back, as she noticed adi advancing towards her.

M: t…tum…ky…kya lar rahe ho?

She began stuttering as adi came closer and closer.

She turned back to see the wardrobe behind her…she couldn't move further back.

Adi continued stepping closer to her. Moving his face in dangerous proximity with hers, his piercing eyes burned holes through her soul. Unable to bear his penetrating gaze any longer, maithili turned her head away.

She felt nauseous under his watch and tried not to look at him.

M: d…door jao…g…go away…

She gasped slightly when she felt his hand on her arm. She watched as his face moved further towards hers – his lips inches away from hers.

Strands of maihtili's wet hair flew across her face and onot adi's, only seducing him even more. Placing his fingers gently on her face, he moved the wet strands of hair behind her ears. His hand slowly rubbed her cheek, causing her to shut her eyes tightly. A subtle smile danced on her lips as she felt his fingers play with her hair.

With his head buried in her hair, he inhaled the sweet fragrance of violets. Smiling, he breathes in her ear sending shivers down her spine…

A: kaunsa perfume hai?

M: i…uhh…

A: mujhe pasand hai…use it more often…

His head parted from hers and she glanced at his arm, moving towards the blanket on the bed. Picking it up, he delicately placed it on her shoulders. His raven brown eyes stared at her continuously as he slowly made his way out…again…

Walkign down the stairs, now fully dressed, Maithili wondered

Why the sudden change in adi?

But before she could think any further, she felt someone's hand slip in hers. Astound, she turned her head sideways and looked at him…
