The oldies, sullen as they are, are leaving the house to go somewhere with Trishna stops them and asks where the Laughter Club is headed😆😆 They say that they are going to the mandir because it is dadi's b'day. Trishna muses that dadi must be at least 150 yrs old😆 she says that its best that they don't remind God that he has yet to call them up to Him. Maaji tries to say something and Trishna shuts her up. She says that she will break their legs if they leave the house - she orders them to go and do some work. Suddenly Janki comes there and tells Trishna to stop it. She tells her off, saying that today is dadi's b'day and she should treat her with respect. She tells Trishna not to forget that their bahu Parvati is still alive. Oldies are shocked. Janki says that she will serve them. Janki kneels beside dadi and takes her blessings. She wishes her Happy Birthday. Then we see Suvarna ji enter behind "Parvati", and realise why Janki did this pseudo-naatak. Suvarna tells Trishna off😆😆 and tells her to come and take dadi's blessings, which she does. Suvarna tells everyone that the bahus (Parvati and Trishna) will make the food today😆😆
Janki tells Trishna that she is sick of saving her (T) from Suvarna. And she doesn't even know how to cook!! This means that Trishna will have to do all the work!😆 Trishna says that even she doesn't know how to make food. But T has sent all the servants home...Trishna starts trying to make something. Janki gives her a list that Suvarna made, of food. Trishna says that it would take her 2 years to make all this food😆😆
Janki watches with amusement as Trishna rushes about the kitchen.
Everyone is at the dining table when Trishna brings the food. Suvarna says that she will not eat. Parvati says that she will definitely eat. Parvati goes into a room and wheels dadi and the oldies out to come and sit at the dining table. Suvarna once again starts her Parvati Purana. Kamal smiles as Trishna stutters her way through apologies. She sits down but Parvati tells her that dadi will sit at the head of the table😆😆. Pranay and the kids are happy. Parvati remembers the old times when the whole family sat together. Suvarna tells trishna to serve the food😆 (remind me, how many days has Suvarna been in the house? And only today she remembers that dadi doesn't sit at the head of the table?). Suvarna says that there should be a party for dadi's birthday. Parvati says that there will surely be a party and Trishna is in cahoots.
The cop tells Ashu that the trunk was brought by credit card. Ashu seems shocked when he sees it and says "how is this possible?"
The family are getting ready for the party. Bharath's back. Tannu says that its so weird to celebrate dadi's birthday. Bharath says that Trishna dadi is not doing it for big dadi, but for Janki and Suvarna. Trishna comes there and Bharath starts sucking up to her. Trishna says that they can call all their friends because her friends will not come to this buddha-fest. She tells Pragati to invite Ankit😆😆. Pragati is shocked, but Trishna is adamant.
Pranay comes to Mallishka's office to invite her for the party at his house. She shows more attitude. He leaves.
The party has started; people are bringing dadi presents. Trishna is insulting the oldies again. Janki watches this. Suvarna comes over and Trishna starts her naatak again. Suvarna says that Trishna is not as good as Parvati (oh God!🤢).
Kamal tells Janki that this has happened after 18 years; Janki says that now there will be a return to the old. Janki sees Narayani at the party. Kamal says that she should meet Ma, and he will go and annoy Trishna. He leaves.
Maasi tels Janki that after all, she has celebrated dadi's b'day. Janki says that she has reminded Trishna how little time she has left.
Rajo comes to the party with Shikar and adi (funny, for someone who claims her friendship with Trishna is over, she sure comes to AG House a lot). Rajo tells Trishna that she couldn't miss an opportunity to see how besharam Trishna is. They both warn each other not to reveal their mutual secret.
Ankit comes into the party and stares at Pragati for a while with that silly song playing yet again🤢. Trishna comes over and starts fawning over Ankit😆😆. She leaves and Ankit wonders what happened to her. Ankit gives Pragati a rose. Then they both blush for an eternity.
Dadi bua calls Trishna and tells her that Suvarna is nowhere to be seen. Trishna says that she mixed a sleeping pill in her soft drink😆 and now Trishna can do what she intended. Janki overhears this.
Ashu is still thinking about the box and evidence. He wants to meet the owner of the trunk.
Trishna announces that it is dadi's b'day. For a present, she is planning to introduce someone for Pragati. Ankit thinks its him. She points towards Ankit and then tells him to move aside. He does so, revealing Trishna's choice for Pragati: White trousers, orange shirt, horrible shades - complete gau-ka-gawar type😆😆 Tapori-esque look. Everyone is shocked as they stare at the namoona of dadi bua's pechaan.

Comments: Even though I hate the oldies, I loved the entire scene Janki orchestrated, in which dadi came back to the dining table as the head of the family. Shows things getting a move-on.
