there are differences between Krishna's death and OM and Avantika's death. As far as OM and Avantika are concerned, you clearly see them die, where as Krishna was shot and fell in water, but we see no body or anything. Even in Hollywood movies and tv serials, people come back from this, so therefore I wouldn't find this stupid, if Krishna came back.
