For alomost six years now Parvati Agarwal has been saving her family from the evil clutches of some of the most seductive, vicious and manipulating women. Here's a timeline of the people Parvati has gone up against in the past six years.
Parvati's long list of enemies began with Pallavi Bhandari. A woman who was by character good, ready to marry Ajay Agarwal until he married Avantika and changed her fate. To save face, Parvati gives Pallavi in marriage to Kamal. This in turn ignites a fire that has surpassed almost 25 years of drama time for these two women. Pallavi has tried throwing the Agarwals out of their home, sending others to destroy Parvati's marriage to Om, kidnapping Shruti, attempting murder on Parvati and joining forces with a number of other villians to try and make life hell for the family and she has failed time and time again.
Parvati's next challenge, which has lasted to date, has been Chaaya Agarwal. Although Chaaya has played a character of grey all along she tends to fall on to the track of evil more often than not. Her biggest problem has been the fact that Parvati has been given preference over her at countless occassions throughout their history together and she finds this to be condecending. Therefore, to get even with Paro, Chaaya constantly tries to turn the family against her.
Duringt the time Parvati was living with Pallavi, she created an alias for herself whose name was Ambika. When Pallavi discovered this she employed Rohan Garg's girlfriend Mallika Vajpay to become Ambika and sent her to the Agarwal home to try and destroy Om and Parvati's marriage. Mallika was a bigger threat to Parvati than Pallavi for the simple fact that she was after her husband. However, even though Mallika tried countless times to come between Om and Parvati, she too failed misserably.
Next was Meeta Kapaadia. She was Ajay's boss and fell in love with him. When Ajay started having an affair with her, Parvati intervened to try and stop what was happening. During this time Meeta decided to join forces with Pallavi to try and get Ajay. However, at a later stage, Meeta turned good and left the lives of the Agarwals on a good note.
Avantika Agarwal became Parvati's next enemy when she murdered her husband Ajay and tried to blame the murder on Om. Avantika was pregnant with Monalika at the time and Pallavi was the only one who aided her. Avantika went to jail and there she gave birth to Monalika who was raised by Pallavi.
When all was finally going back to normal, Aslesha Vajpay walked into Parvati's life. She was to be married to Neeraj until Parvati discovered that she was Mallika's sister and the two of them planned on destroying the Agarwals after the marriage. Aslesha tried to feign pregnancy but Parvati uncovered the truth and broke off the wedding. In her parting statement Aselsha promised that one day she would be back to get her revenge.
After the time leap Parvati battled her own niece, Monalika Agarwal. The child who was raised by Pallavi was out to destroy the Agarwals until she found out the truth about the past. She too became good and then aided Parvati in her battle against evil.
For a short time Parvati had to also fight Swati Dixit who had gone against her because Pallavi was blackmailing her but as soon as that came to an end Parvati met her next big opposer, Garima Garg. She was the first wife of Devin Garg and she took over the Agarwal mansion claiming their right to the property. Garima set her children loose on the Agarwals and tortured them outright until Parvati, Shruti, Monalika and Gunn finally waged a war that took Garima and her family out.
Manya Dhoshi was yet another vamp Parvati had to fight. Manya was always after Krishna but Krishna felt nothing for her. Manya tried to trap him into a marriage and even break his marriage to Gunn off but Parvati saved the day once again and exposed Manya. She was later murdered by Machan Garg.
The newest lead star on Parvati's hate list is Rajeshwari Mehra. She is woman with a past that people have forgotten because it was so tainted and she's back to claim her house, her husband and her children, because she believes Parvati stole it all. Rajeshwari seems to be the biggest contender yet. How far will she go to get back at Paro?
