| MUMBAI: Television and film actor Mohnish Behl's father Colonel Rajneesh Behl died last night after his flat in the high rise building - Sagar Sangeet, situated in the Colaba area of Mumbai, caught fire. The 77 year old Behl suffered third degree burns. |
| Media reports said that the fire allegedly started in Behl's penthouse apartment. The senior Behl's body was found in a charred condition almost four hours after the fire broke out. Rajneesh Behl was the husband of yesteryears' actress Nutan. While one media report says that Mohnish was away at a shoot when the incident happened and arrived at the scene later; another says that he, along with his wife and daughter was rescued by firemen. The fire was brought under control only early this morning. |
