Okay so not Ke Apon Ke Por but another bengali superhit show Kusum Dola's hindi remake is coming on Starplus. Thankgod its not Ke Apon Ke Por. Anyway, Kusum Dola was an excellent show. It was written by Leena Ganguly (Writer of Sreemoyee). The show was based on three main characters can be called a love triangle. Interesting part of this show was the female lead who was an extremely powerful and headstrong girl. She was a medical student who became a doctor at the end. Her character was very popular amongst the audience and the show exceeded 11+ trp in one of its episode. The story faded away with time but the start was quite good. The male lead of the show was as headstrong as the female lead, he was a police officer and his character was no nonsense and gentle. The third main character or i can say the 2nd female lead was a grey shade and layered woman whom audience liked and disliked both. Overall Kusum Dola was a great watch. Mainly cockcrow productions will be working on its remake and i read in the article there will be some changes according to the national audience and contemporary generation, also read Leena herself will be writer of this story. Interesting.
