Suman And Sona

Well, I can't believe I am saying this, but Suman has brought me back to the show :)

I know she is a big mouth, unbearable, loud and does not care much about anything else other than her kids. She is selfish but you know, now I find her more relatable than the mahatma Sona now.

She shows everyone a mirror. A mirror to reflect their own characters.

Suman is exactly what Sona is not. She does not lie down and take shit from others like Sona in the name of Family and Sasural. Suman is someone who pushes her children to stand on their own, respect the job, respect the money. They seem like two ends of the pole. Maybe the fact that her husband left her made her a tough mamma bear but anyway I started relating to her character than Sona, who has gone into Alice's rabbit hole since her marriage.

I feel that Sona is trying to become a 'Veena' whom Rohit adores a lot. But I would rather see a strong and independent woman who stands her ground like Suman and not a mellow, unbearable 'mirror image of Veena' kind of Sona.

Yes I like Suman for her no nonsense attitude ..she is a different mom who doesnt give a damn to beti and sasural stuff ..never bows down when she is not at fault..the only way to deal with suman is to be honest ..sona did a big mistake by hiding the money problem with her ..she is loud ..she is crass..righteous in her own way....she can take the world head on ..I like such characters..

She knew sona will be blamed for Paris's kartoot so before that happens , she showed the mirror to the sippys 👏😆 not the best thing to do, humiliate them and confront them with some hard hitting truths but well..they deserved it today..specially veena and naren
