It was bound to happen. With the kind of promos they did and the initial episodes the makers had attracted a very different kind of viewership. I don't think they would care for such high voltage drama.

I personally like a holy Bahu. I mean I don't have a heart to absorb nastiness coming from the main lead, but i was hoping for a simpler, more straightforward and comic romance. I am not enjoying all the black mailing, deception and loud voices. We could have done without that too. Having said that the pace at which things happen in this show is new. I don't have the time to ponder over any thing because and thankfully it just is short lived. SO yeah I would still take KHKT over many other shows on ITV any day.

Yes even I started watching the show as it seemed to be a Story of different ppl together... two ppl with different life styles ...mannerisms...professions ...wanted to see their lives and how they move on together...their clashes their love their life together ....there was lots expected but what is happening is different ...the show is focussing more on back to back suspense tracks which when revealed are useless....first Sona’s boyfriend who did not make evn 1% impact..the whole some dec night story was so pathetic ...and the way Rohit fought with him like A super hero was funny....chapter two ...Raima again one useless track...Rohit cries ...shouts and seems in max pain for Raima for 4 years...and when she comes out of comma he is quick to throw her out :) then what was the track introduced for ...you spend all time and all episodes in Rohit’s obsession for Raima and then you make her the vamp...then evn she is gone ...whoop .....suddenly Sona’s Lover emergies....one after the other not required suspense tracks follow ...and whenever they end they seem to make 0 impact ......Sonakshi’s story is not the main story here but instead there are so many tracks and twists ...twists work well if they are limited not when they keep coming all time....Sona is shown to be too good which is extremely irritating ...she is the Bhartiya nari ...who wears sarees only ...who does not mind anyone saying anything... who does not stand for herself...who is having multiple secrets to protect :) who hides things day in day out..who bears the burden of it all...who can’t stand for her family but is only supporting husbands family ....finally you tend to get a typical bahu drama ...and however elite the family is ...sophisticated rich it is..it is only the same wife who does the sacrifice ...they need to work hard on changing this or else trpS would drop further...
