Yeah. Another reason may be that when you build rapport offscreen, some fans can start shipping you in real life too. I used to like Shabir/Sriti on kumkum (that show is beyond 🤢 now) but they have insanely good chemistry. If you see Shabir's wife's (Kanchi Kaul) insta, its filled with terrible comments about how she is preventing them from being together in real life, its BAD. I heard even Sanaya Irani faced this when she was doing IPKKND with Barun, both their partners were harassed beyond belief.

Such things can be a reason too.

I agree with you. I am not saying giving a segment will jeopardize her relationship. What I meant was that she probably doesn't want to spend her time doing anything apart from the scenes. Just want to get done with shooting and go home maybe. She does give some interviews alone maybe because that's convenient for her and she doesn't want to wait for her timing to coordinate with Karan.

Please don't think I'm supporting her because I'm not. I hate this as much but I'm just trying to figure out her pov.

Such things coupled with husband being conservative can be a stressor too.

Yes it's actually sad when fans cannot differ between real life and what's shown onscreen but again it's all a part and parcel of their profession. Ofcourse it will bother them after all they are also humans but you just have to let it go. You can't let some stupid comments of some insensitive people bother you to the point of affecting your relationship. Plus Shoaib is from the same field so he shouldn't let this become an issue (not saying it is...90% of the things being said here are assumptions). And if you see Kanchi has handled it beautifully. She has her own family and kids and never ever have I seen this become an issue for her. Same for Mohit and Sanaya. Infact Mohit, Sanaya, Barun and his wife are really good friends.

Understanding spouse is key, and again like you said, completely agree this is the entertainment business esp in showbiz and TV where coupling up and ships are what primarily brings in TRPs.
