Arre no.. Actually I am just making a theory..

Sona informs Raima that she needs to leave for shoot and to handle things here though I dont think she told Raima to replace her.. She completes her shoot after which Mahesh kidnaps Sona and might have kept her in KPK sets.. Mahesh might have forced her to wear the wedding dress.. After wearing her wedding dress she might have escaped and reached the venue and then she hides behind the kinnars.. Sumit I think might have seen Sona hiding behind the Kinnars and got to know about bride swap..I think somehow Sumit would confront Raima and then Sona would replace Raima.. After few rituals i.e after varmala she might have fainted and then the bts scene..
