Rohit and Sonakshi are in Sonakshi’s house’s balcony,Sonakshi looks troubled. Rohit comes and hugs her from behind, he is trying to console her. He says I have to give it to you, you have a personal stalker. Sonakshi asks him to stop joking, he says he is not joking, imagine somewhere someone is trying to imitate ShahrukhKhan from Darr and is writing ‘Sssssssonakshi’ on his chest.You know even I had a stalker in college. Sonakshi asks him to stop joking, he says I really did, everywhere I went, movie theaters, cafes, libraries,whenever I used to look up, there she was. Sonakshi buys it and asks then what did you do? He says I complained to Badi Mumma. Sonakshi is confused; he says my stalkers name is Veena Sippy, always interested in knowing who I was talking to, going out with, when will I come back, where I was going, to the point where I started wondering why was I even going out? Sonakshi says that is how all mothers are, it’s understandable. He says you also understand the, this stalker loves you very much, he crossed the line. See, one thing is for sure,no one can love you more than me, this stalker might be crazy, but I am no less. Sonakshi says there is no comparison only. He says ‘Meri Sona ko koi aur chuye, I won’t let this happen.’And a security guard will accompany you 24/7 from tomorrow, that’s final. She still looks worried and he asks what? She says I am scared, he asks why? She says no one can come between us right? He says of course not, except one person, Madhuri Dixit. She is also a top actress who married a doctor, you are also a top actress and now you are marrying surgeon. They are constantly hugging and or holding hands or touching throughout this whole conversation, man I love how comfortable they are with each other.
Next morning, a reporter is outside Sippy Mansion, she is saying ‘We are outside Sippy Mansion right now, the house that is the future in-laws of Sonakshi Rastogi, where she got engaged last night. We also heard that she was attacked yesterday. Do they not know she is a celebrity, why was the security so lax? Our question is whether she should get married to such a careless house? Tomorrow is her Mehndi function, will she be safe there, her fans want to know‘ Naren heard this through his room on whatever floor by just parting the curtains and of course looking pissed. Sonakshi walks with bandage on her feet, her phone isblowing up. She checks it and is shocked to know the media knows about herattack. Suman gives her breakfast and Sonakshi asks who leaked this news? Andlook at how it is written; it says they cannot take care of their own family members,how can they take care of patients. (what logic is this?) She says Sippy’s arenot used to these kind of scandals. Cut to Rohit in his car, trying to get outof the gates, the car is swamped with reporters asking useless questions likewhom do you suspect? Reporter says ‘Sippys ke muh pe laga tala’ themystery deepens, stay tuned for more updates. Sonakshi is worried, Suman says Idon’t have time for this, I have to prepare for the Sangeet day after, I haveasked Pulkit to keep a hockey stick in your car’s trunk, I don’t want to takeany chances after yesterday. Sonakshi’s phone rings, its Rohit. She picks up and apologizes for the media,says they mist be swarming your house by now, I don’t understand who leaked it.How is everyone at home? I know you must be worried; they are tarnishing your name and the hospital’s. I’ll do one thing, I’ll ask my journalist friends to find out who leaked it, how did Naren uncle react? I know you are not used to this kind of attention, she asks him why he was quiet? He says oh thank god you realized I am quiet; you did not let me get a word in. ‘Tumhare player mein pause button nai hai’. He reassures her and says Veena even asked the staff to be prim and proper because you never know who might get a chance to be telecast-ed on TV with Parvati. He says the guard says he will be leaving, where are you right now? Sonakshi says I will be leaving for the set in a few, so send him there? He says okay.
Rohan storms in his room and expresses anger at the recent developments in the house. Tanya is sitting on bed drinking chai. (Does she not go to work for a top jewelry designer?) He says I have been getting countless calls since morning, the police are questioning the staff, there is no such thing as privacy. Tanya gets a message and looks panicky. Rohan says what happened? Did they message you too? He wrestles the phone out of her hand and looks shocked. They exchange looks.
Sonakshi is in dressing room getting her makeup done. Sunita comes in and says the guard is here. Sonakshi says good, ask him to wait outside. Sunita tries to interrupt Sonakshi but she asks questions about media presence, which she answers. Another person comes in and says your shot is ready and outside, your security guard.. Sonakshi says I know Rohit ne bheja hai, I will be there. She comes out the room and walks towards the set, 20 second close up legs. legs walking towards the set, with super dramatic music. She enters the set, everyone is looking behind her shocked. She does a double take when she realises Rohit is in bodyguard garb and is looking here and there. She asks what was he doing here? What about work? He says a senior doc is filling in for me as he always does when I a travelling. When she objects, he says my hospital, my patients, and the matter at hand is the safety of my soon to be wife, of course I had to be here. Everyone is looking happy. (The amount of times this guy has disturbed her shoot, everyone must be used to it😆)
Sona tries to object again then he says I told you, I will protect you always. She agrees. He says start the shoot otherwise your producer will get mad, he points towards Netra who comes in clapping and says 'Rohit and Sonakshi ka pyaar, muwah.' She says I read everywhere about what happened yesterday, I am glad you are safe and the engagement happened. everyone claps, She says a small surprise for you both. They cut cake. Lightman is watching from upstairs burning with jealousy. He leaves his post in a huff.
Everyone congratulates Tanya on getting pregnant. (I stg I let out a big fat LOL here🤣 )Veena says I told you Sonakshi was lucky (,atlab kuch bhi?) Ajeet says why thank Sonakshi, the real work is done by Tanya bhabhi and my handsome hunk of a brother. 😆Deepa tells Rohan how his responsibilities towards Tanya had increased and how he has to keep her happy, He just nods.
Sonakshi finishes a shot and Rohit literally does not allow anyone to touch her. She says I have to go change, he says haan chalon. He sees the police and asks why they were here? Police says we have finished questioning the staff and learned your engagement ring had gone missing right? We suspect the person who attacked Sonakshi might have taken it. We need to interrogate everyone. Netra comes and says please do the search after 20 minutes, that is when we will break for lunch. Police agrees. Light dude is looking all shady in his corner, pulls out the ring from his bandages.
At Sippy mansion, another staff asks Hari why did he lie to the police about the accident guy being gone? Hari says I was scared. Rohit bhaiyya had given me the task to see him off and I went to watch the dance. If it is the same person then somewhere it is my fault too right?
Sonakshi in her dressing room. She expresses guilt over all the drama, how inconvenient it must be for his family members as well as people on set. She drops her earring. Rohit comes and puts it for her, says where do you want to go for honeymoon. Sonakshi asks what? He says why are you shocked? It is the normal thing to do and every couple does it. Where do you want to go? S says honeymoon is not possible for us, I mean I literally had to beg Netra Ji for two days off, with the shoot, we won't be able to go away for so long. R says aisa nai chalega, wedding or no wedding, honeymoon tou hokar rahega. 😆🤣 Someone comes in and says Maam, aapka ring mill gaya.
Sonakshi and Rohit are shocked to find out the ring was in Ravi's pocket. Rohit says it cannot be possible, he is with me 24/7, he is like a shadow. Police says nothing we can do, we have to take him in for questioning. Sunita frantically asks Sona to save Ravi and that someone must be framing him. Sonakshi says yes I understand. Police says I cannot do anything, you try talking to the commissioner. Rohit calls, after the call, he slaps Ravi and says we kept you like our own family member, how dare you steal from us. Slaps him two more times. Gives him to the police. Light dude looks all shady, flashback to how he slipped the ring in Ravi's pocket while standing in line for search.
PRECAP: Rohit observes Sonakshi from distance and sees how Thakur keeps eyeing her and following her. He suspects he is the attacker.
