As th promos of khkt before th show started was how busy an actress nd doctors life is nd due to that they cnt give time to each other..bt here v c evry other thing happening...no courtship period y direct shaadi...if any other show had to b considerd i wud knw itni asani se shaadi th nhi hogi bt here kuch b ho sakta hai...fr me its a huge letdown both r simply sitting at home either any one goes work th othr follows...thy cn show so mch wid differnt scenarios now too
