Broken but beautiful is amazing! I was going to mention it here that it has a similar premise. Honestly one of the best web series to come out of India. I loved how it ended too. Hopefully the second season will be just as good!

i cant see Sona going through heartbreak again so Thursday will be my last day watching KHKT and i will only follow the thread to see what's happening

End of the day that is the daily soap format. We should stop comparing soaps to web series, character ‘development’ occurs in stories not in tracks. That is how Star Plus runs its shows, and Ekta began tha trend..we can argue is it’s ekta or channel but fact is it’s chick and egg and both are making money off us. On web series, ekta changes format becos that’s what makes money. Even Star Plus does web series format on hotstttar and not tv

Rohit and Sona will be constantly butchered, I have learned to love moments in these soaps not characters. For example, how can a Rohit who believes in science and not tv type crap have so much faith on that coin toss, it’s ridiculous. How can Sona who has eaten our brain with her monologues directed to us about she not getting any hint from Rohit about his feelings and the fact that she has soooo patient to the point of going to the church after being insulted by him over the phone suddenly lose her patience and not give him a chance to express his feelings. Main yeh sab sochne lagungi then toh can never enjoy just pure romantic or comedic moments- like when in the car many episodes ago Rohit says I can’t lose you or when Sona says mere ankhon mei dekho,,or the driver shaking his head or the whole someone else will take her away comic montage.

CVs glance through Forums becos for them it’s like validation but end of the day they do what channel wants which is track trp. If certain track does not get trp, cvs go back to basics, which is why characters never grow or develop.

Unfortunately @ bold - this is the truest comment when it comes to understanding daily soaps. There are only a few daily shows that have fared well and away from this curse and it's only because they ended on a timely note usually between 100-170 episode range.

Jumping in, I may be in the minority but I thought Karan was fab as Rohit today! There was a moment right after Sona tells him about breaking up and telling the family and he just smiled through tears... you can literally hear his heart break. But he holds back and controls himself, respecting her decision. From there, changing emotions to the hilarious scene with Ajit and then going back to an emotional romantic scene with Sona. Rohit doesn’t get swayed by other’s emotions easily (he didn’t listen to his mom during the fashion show track and he didn’t listen to his father/bua during mhatre... he forms his own opinions) but this is Raima so the struggle will be intense. For me, how Rohit handles the situation is what will either seal or break the deal. But so far, he has not disappointed me nor have I ever seen him act out of character. As for the upcoming track, I think once the scene from the spoilers plays out, things will be more clear. Coming back to the main point, I really enjoyed the episode and thought the entire team did a good job!

I mean that way he was holding on,unaware of what to say, and very unexpreienced in a situation like this. He even said raima proposed him first and then only he did. Which sorta explained why this man is so confused and speechless.This new found feelings inside him need some catalyst to be ignited to a level that he will feel that he cannot afford to loose her. The tense situation here is that raima might be the catalyst and don’t know how it will be shaped ahead,with pain,and may be misunderstandings. Somehow I think Karan did a great job here today ❤️

paras’s induction of rohit to know of the risk of loosing sonakshi were great and our ravi-shankar duo even🤣as someone here rightly said they represented our entire fandom.

However we had a precap telecasted and it said 26th September and 27th september they will have revelations of what happened. Raima was shown being brought to the hospital in flashbacks and then present day where raima sees rohit and sonakshi together and panicking 🤪

By the way,I am going to hold on to this,irrespective of what the track be.yes I don’t want to see sona’s heartbreak and the misunderstandings but also They might have some surprises lined for us,I juuuust hope. If they loose viewership sitara might pressure to take it off which will cause a rush in the storyline and then whole ruining of the plot and story. Same happened to bepannah. So I am going to give an Indian serial a one last chance,hoping for the best.
